A. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration.
   (1) Energize the aircraft electrical circuits (Ref. AMM TASK 24-41-00-861-002).
   (2) On the panel 25VU, make sure that the APU MASTER SW pushbutton switch is off.
   (3) Put a warning notice in the cockpit to tell persons not to start the APU.
   (4) Make sure that the hydraulic systems are depressurized (Ref. AMM TASK 29-00-00-864-001).

C. Get Access
   (1) Put the ACCESS PLATFORM 3M (10 FT) in position below the APU access doors 315AL and 316AR.
   (2) Open the APU access doors 315AL 316AR (Ref. AMM TASK 52-41-00-010-001).
   (3) Select the LIGHT control switch 11LJ to the on position.
4. Procedure
Subtask 49-81-00-210-056-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. Inspection
   (1) Examine the two bellows band clamps for security of attachment and damage. Loose clamps must be repositioned and tightened, damaged clamps must be replaced (Ref. AIPC 49-81-41-01-020) and /or (Ref. AIPC 49-81-41-01-030).
   (2) Examine the exhaust coupling bellows assembly for distortion, cracks and holes, burning and delamination. Replace the bellows assembly if found defective (Ref. AIPC 49-81-41-01-040).
NOTE: If the band clamps require to be replaced or repositioned and tightened, torque both clamp lockbolts to between 0.22 and 0.2 m.daN (19.47 and 17.70 lbf.in ) T.
