Subtask 49-51-00-860-052-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
(1) Energize the aircraft electrical circuits
(Ref. AMM TASK 24-41-00-861-002).
(2) On the panel 25VU, make sure that the APU MASTER SW pushbutton switch is off.
(3) Put a warning notice in the cockpit to tell persons not to start the APU.
(4) Make sure that the hydraulic systems are depressurized
(Ref. AMM TASK 29-00-00-864-001).
Subtask 49-51-00-865-055-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Energize the aircraft electrical circuits
(Ref. AMM TASK 24-41-00-861-002).
(2) On the panel 25VU, make sure that the APU MASTER SW pushbutton switch is off.
(3) Put a warning notice in the cockpit to tell persons not to start the APU.
(4) Make sure that the hydraulic systems are depressurized
(Ref. AMM TASK 29-00-00-864-001).
B. Open, safety and tag this(these) circuit breaker(s):

C. Get Access
(1) Put the ACCESS PLATFORM 3M (10 FT)- ADJUSTABLE in position below the APU access doors 315AL and 316AR.
(2) Open the APU access doors 315AL 316AR (Ref. AMM TASK 52-41-00-010-001).
(3) Set the LIGHT control switch 11LJ to the ON position.
4. Procedure(1) Put the ACCESS PLATFORM 3M (10 FT)- ADJUSTABLE in position below the APU access doors 315AL and 316AR.
(2) Open the APU access doors 315AL 316AR (Ref. AMM TASK 52-41-00-010-001).
(3) Set the LIGHT control switch 11LJ to the ON position.
Subtask 49-51-00-710-050-B ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. Reactivate the BVC.
(1) Remove and discard the cable ties which attach the electrical connector (P33) to the aircraft structure.
(2) Remove the CAP - BLANKING from the electrical connector of the BCV.
(3) Remove the CAP - BLANKING from the (P33) harness electrical connector.
(4) Make sure that all the electrical connections are clean and in the correct condition.
(5) Connect the electrical connector (P33) to BCV.
(6) Do the operational test of the APU (Ref. AMM TASK 49-00-00-710-008).
(7) If the test gives the Maintenance Message BLD FLOW XDCR (8039KM), do the Trouble Shooting procedure TSM 49-00-00-810-903.
(8) If the test gives the Maintenance Message BLEED CTL VLV (8051KM), do the Trouble Shooting procedure TSM 49-00-00-810-904.
(9) If the test gives the Maintenance Message IGV ACTR (8014KM), do the Trouble Shooting procedure TSM 49-00-00-810-905.
5. Close-up(1) Remove and discard the cable ties which attach the electrical connector (P33) to the aircraft structure.
(2) Remove the CAP - BLANKING from the electrical connector of the BCV.
(3) Remove the CAP - BLANKING from the (P33) harness electrical connector.
(4) Make sure that all the electrical connections are clean and in the correct condition.
(5) Connect the electrical connector (P33) to BCV.
(6) Do the operational test of the APU (Ref. AMM TASK 49-00-00-710-008).
(7) If the test gives the Maintenance Message BLD FLOW XDCR (8039KM), do the Trouble Shooting procedure TSM 49-00-00-810-903.
(8) If the test gives the Maintenance Message BLEED CTL VLV (8051KM), do the Trouble Shooting procedure TSM 49-00-00-810-904.
(9) If the test gives the Maintenance Message IGV ACTR (8014KM), do the Trouble Shooting procedure TSM 49-00-00-810-905.
Subtask 49-51-00-865-060-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. Remove the safety clip(s) and the tag(s) and close this(these) circuit breaker(s):

B. Close Access
(1) Set the LIGHT control switch 11LJ to the OFF position.
(2) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
(3) Close the APU access doors 315AL 316AR (Ref. AMM TASK 52-41-00-410-001).
(4) Remove the access platform(s).
(5) Remove the WARNING NOTICE(S).
(6) De-energize the aircraft electrical circuits
(Ref. AMM TASK 24-41-00-861-002)
(1) Set the LIGHT control switch 11LJ to the OFF position.
(2) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
(3) Close the APU access doors 315AL 316AR (Ref. AMM TASK 52-41-00-410-001).
(4) Remove the access platform(s).
(5) Remove the WARNING NOTICE(S).
(6) De-energize the aircraft electrical circuits
(Ref. AMM TASK 24-41-00-861-002)
