A. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
   (1) Energize the aircraft electrical circuits
(Ref. AMM TASK 24-41-00-861-002).
   (2) On the panel 25VU, make sure that the APU MASTER SW pushbutton switch is off.
   (3) Put a warning notice in the cockpit to tell persons not to start the APU.
   (4) Make sure that the hydraulic systems are depressurized
(Ref. AMM TASK 29-00-00-864-001).

C. Put the ACCESS PLATFORM 3M (10 FT)- ADJUSTABLE below the APU access doors 315AL and 316AR.
   (1) Open the APU access doors 315AL 316AR (Ref. AMM TASK 52-41-00-010-001).
   (2) Set the LIGHT control switch 11LJ to the on position.
4. Procedure

A. Removal of Nozzles and Manifold.
F Pilot Fuel Nozzles and Manifold ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
NOTE: Do not remove all the fuel nozzles at the same time. The nozzles keep the correct combustor assembly aligned.
   (1) Remove the bolt (8) and the nut (9) from the clamp (7).
   (2) Put the CONTAINER 10 L(2 1/2 USGAL) below the fuel manifold assembly.
   (3) Disconnect the fuel manifold connector (1) at the nozzle (3).
   (4) Disconnect the manifold connector (10) at the fuel flow divider and remove the manifold assembly.
   (5) Remove the bolts (2) from the nozzle assembly (3).
   (6) Remove the nozzles (3), the gasket (4) and the shield (5) from the mount boss (6).
   (7) Discard the gasket (4).
   (8) Put the PLUG-BLANKING in each disconnected line end.
   (9) Remove the container.
