A. Removal of the Wing Bellow
(1) If you use the APU to energize the electrical circuits, stop the APU:
(a) Make sure that the pressure and the temperature of the bleed-air duct system are in ambient conditions.
(a) If the wing insulation muff has one of the following damages, discard it:
(5) Compress the wing bellow (2) with TIE WRAP(S).
(6) Remove and discard the seal (6).
(7) Hold the wing bellow (2).
(8) Loosen and remove the clamp (4).
(9) Remove the wing bellow (2) from the aircraft.
(10) Put CAP - BLANKING in position on the ducts (3) and (5).
(1) If you use the APU to energize the electrical circuits, stop the APU:
- For GTCP 36-300 APU (Ref. AMM D/O 49-00-00-86)

- Holes more than 5 MM (0.20 IN.) of diameter in the hot face of the muff
- Cracks more than 10 MM (0.39 IN.) long in the hot face of the muff
- Brown or black traces of thermal stress at the muffs hot face that cover at least 20% of its surface
- General rigidity of the insulation muff.
(5) Compress the wing bellow (2) with TIE WRAP(S).
(6) Remove and discard the seal (6).
(7) Hold the wing bellow (2).
