Subtask 32-51-43-860-051-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. Safety Precautions
(1) Make sure that the Green hydraulic system is depressurized and put it in the maintenance configuration.
(Ref. AMM TASK 29-00-00-864-001).
(2) Make sure that the reservoir of the Green hydraulic system is depressurized
(Ref. AMM TASK 29-14-00-614-001).
(3) Make sure that the WARNING NOTICE(S) is (are) in position to tell persons not to pressurize the Green hydraulic system:
(5) In the cockpit, on the panel 400VU, make sure that the WARNING NOTICE(S) is (are) in position to tell persons not to operate the landing gear control lever.
(6) Make sure that the container is in position below the cylinder.
(7) Make sure that the safety barriers are in position.
Subtask 32-51-43-860-051-B ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Make sure that the Green hydraulic system is depressurized and put it in the maintenance configuration.
(Ref. AMM TASK 29-00-00-864-001).
(2) Make sure that the reservoir of the Green hydraulic system is depressurized
(Ref. AMM TASK 29-14-00-614-001).
(3) Make sure that the WARNING NOTICE(S) is (are) in position to tell persons not to pressurize the Green hydraulic system:
- on the panel 40VU in the cockpit,
- on the ground service panel of the Green hydraulic system, access door 197CB.
(5) In the cockpit, on the panel 400VU, make sure that the WARNING NOTICE(S) is (are) in position to tell persons not to operate the landing gear control lever.
(6) Make sure that the container is in position below the cylinder.
(7) Make sure that the safety barriers are in position.

(1) Make sure that the Yellow hydraulic system is depressurized and put it in the maintenance configuration.
(Ref. AMM TASK 29-00-00-864-001).
(2) Make sure that the reservoir of the Yellow hydraulic system is depressurized.
(Ref. AMM TASK 29-14-00-614-001).
(3) Make sure that the WARNING NOTICE(S) is (are) in position to tell persons not to pressurize the Yellow hydraulic system:

4. Procedure(1) Make sure that the Yellow hydraulic system is depressurized and put it in the maintenance configuration.
(Ref. AMM TASK 29-00-00-864-001).
(2) Make sure that the reservoir of the Yellow hydraulic system is depressurized.
(Ref. AMM TASK 29-14-00-614-001).
(3) Make sure that the WARNING NOTICE(S) is (are) in position to tell persons not to pressurize the Yellow hydraulic system:
- on the panel 40VU in the cockpit,
- on the ground service panel of the Yellow hydraulic system, access door 196BB.
(5) In the cockpit, on the panel 400VU, make sure that the WARNING NOTICE(S) is (are) in position to tell persons not to operate the landing gear control lever.
(6) Make sure that the container is in position below the cylinder.
(7) Make sure that the safety barriers are in position.
Subtask 32-51-43-560-050-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. Preparation for Installation
(1) Make sure that the parts retained from the removed component are clean and in the correct condition.
Subtask 32-51-43-420-050-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Make sure that the parts retained from the removed component are clean and in the correct condition.
NOTE: Lubricate the seals with hydraulic fluid.
(2) Put the new AIPC 32-51-43-10-060 SEALS (6), AIPC 32-51-43-10-070 RING (5) and AIPC 32-51-43-10-070 RING (7) on the valve (8). B. Installation of the Anti-Shimmy Valve
(1) Put the valve (8) in the internal diameters of the cylinder (1).
(2) Install the new AIPC 32-51-43-10-010 LOCK WASHER (2).
(3) Install the nut (3) and TORQUE it to between 3 and 2 m.daN (22.12 and 14.75 lbf.ft )

(4) Bend over the lock washer (2) to lock the nut (3).
(5) Remove the blanking plugs from the line end.
(6) Connect the hydraulic coupling (4).
(7) TORQUE the hydraulic coupling (4) to between 7.6 and 6.5 m.daN (56.05 and 47.94 lbf.ft )
.
(8) Identify the tightened union nuts with a red line (Ref. AMM TASK 20-23-22-910-001).
(9) Apply Polysulfide Sealant-Fuel Tank Quick Curing - (Material No.06ABF1) to the surface of the valve (8) and on the nut (3).
Subtask 32-51-43-560-050-B ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Put the valve (8) in the internal diameters of the cylinder (1).
(2) Install the new AIPC 32-51-43-10-010 LOCK WASHER (2).
(3) Install the nut (3) and TORQUE it to between 3 and 2 m.daN (22.12 and 14.75 lbf.ft )
. (4) Bend over the lock washer (2) to lock the nut (3).
(5) Remove the blanking plugs from the line end.
(6) Connect the hydraulic coupling (4).
(7) TORQUE the hydraulic coupling (4) to between 7.6 and 6.5 m.daN (56.05 and 47.94 lbf.ft )
. (8) Identify the tightened union nuts with a red line (Ref. AMM TASK 20-23-22-910-001).
(9) Apply Polysulfide Sealant-Fuel Tank Quick Curing - (Material No.06ABF1) to the surface of the valve (8) and on the nut (3).

(2) Put the new AIPC 32-51-43-10-060 SEALS (6), AIPC 32-51-43-10-070 RING (5) and AIPC 32-51-43-10-070 RING (7) on the valve (8). D. Installation of the Anti-Shimmy Valve
(1) Put the valve (8) in the internal diameters of the cylinder (1).
(2) Install the new AIPC 32-51-43-10-010 LOCK WASHER (2).
(3) Install the nut (3) and TORQUE it to between 3 and 2 m.daN (22.12 and 14.75 lbf.ft )

(4) Bend over the lock washer (2) to lock the nut (3).
(5) Remove the blanking plugs from the line end.
(6) Connect the hydraulic coupling (4).
(7) TORQUE the hydraulic coupling (4) to between 7.6 and 6.5 m.daN (56.05 and 47.94 lbf.ft )

(9) Apply Polysulfide Sealant-Fuel Tank Quick Curing - (Material No.06ABF1) to the surface of the valve (8) and on the nut (3).

(2) Install the new AIPC 32-51-43-10-010 LOCK WASHER (2).
(3) Install the nut (3) and TORQUE it to between 3 and 2 m.daN (22.12 and 14.75 lbf.ft )

E. Functional Test
(1) Do a functional test of the nose wheel steering with the handwheel (Ref. AMM TASK 32-51-00-720-003).
