(1) As necessary, use the applicable SAFETY BARRIERS, specified by the operator's instructions and your local regulations.
(2) Put the WARNING NOTICE(S) in position to tell persons not to operate the landing gear or the landing gear doors.
(3) Make sure that the D23080000 PIN-GROUND LOCK,NLG or the MZ23080000 PIN-LOCKING is in position (Ref. AMM TASK 32-00-00-481-001).

NOTE: This subtask is only applicable for the NLG without the lock plate on the torque-link center hinge-pin.

(1) Do the special detailed inspection of the torque-link center hinge-pin (Ref. AMM TASK 32-21-00-200-803).

B. Detailed Inspection of the Torque-Link Center Hinge-Pin

NOTE: This subtask is only applicable for the NLG with the lock plate on the torque-link center hinge-pin.

(1) Do the detailed inspection of the torque-link center hinge-pin (Ref. AMM TASK 32-21-00-220-802).

C. Functional Check of NLG Torque Links for Excessive Play
(1) Do a check of the plays at the upper and lower torque-link hinges (Ref. AMM TASK 32-21-00-200-804).

5. Close-up

A. Put the aircraft back to its initial configuration.
(1) Install the torque-link center hinge-pin (Ref. AMM TASK 32-21-27-400-002).
(2) Remove the ground support and maintenance equipment, the special and standard tools and all other items.
