A. Activation/Deactivation of the Automatic Real-Time Warning-Printout

NOTE: The actions and the results of this procedure occur on the MCDU that you use.

ACTION	RESULT
1.Adjust the brightness of the MCDU screen.
2.Push the MCDU MENU mode key.	The MCDU MENU page comes into view.
3.Push the line key adjacent to the CFDS indication.	The CFDS menu page comes into view.
4.Push the NEXT PAGE function key.
5.Access to the REPORTS PROGRAMMING page without a password: NOTE: The REPORTS PROGRAMMING page is not shown in the CFDS menu if the ACARS MU/ATSU is not installed.
Push the line key adjacent to the REPORTS PROGRAMMING indication.	The REPORTS PROGRAMMING page comes into view.
6.Access to the REPORTS PROGRAMMING page with a password: NOTE: The access to the REPORTS PROGRAMMING page is available only after selection of the password mode (access with a password). NOTE: If you use the transparent mode (free access), the ENTER PASSWORD page does not come into view.
Push the line key adjacent to the REPORTS PROGRAMMING indication.	The ENTER PASSWORD page comes into view.
Enter your password with the MCDU keyboard.
Push the line key adjacent to the ENTER indication.	The REPORTS PROGRAMMING page comes into view.
7.To change the programming:
Push the right line key adjacent to the REAL TIME WARN indication.	The programming display changes to: YES: The Centralized Fault Display Interface Unit (CFDIU) do automatically the print of the real time warning, each time there is a fault in flight. NO: The CFDIU cannot do the print of the real time warning.

A. Put the aircraft back to its initial configuration.
(1) On the MCDU, push the line key adjacent to the RETURN indication until the CFDS menu page comes into view.
(2) Fully decrease the brightness of the MCDU screen (display off).
