C. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
(1) On the PROBE/WINDOW HEAT section of panel 25VU:

make sure that the PROBE/WINDOW HEAT pushbutton switch is released (the ON legend is off).

(2) On one MCDU, get the SYSTEM REPORT/TEST/ICE & RAIN page (Ref. AMM TASK 31-32-00-860-007).

A. Operational Test of the Windshield Anti-Icing and Defogging

ACTION	RESULT
1.On the MCDU: push the line key adjacent to the WHC1(2) indication	The WHC1(2) page comes into view
push the line key adjacent to the TEST indication	After some seconds, the TEST OK indication comes into view.

A. Put the aircraft back to its initial configuration.
(1) On the MCDU, push the line select key adjacent to the RETURN indication until the CFDS menu page comes into view.

B. De-energize the aircraft electrical circuits (Ref. AMM TASK 24-41-00-862-002).
