A. Energize the ground service network
(Ref. AMM TASK 24-41-00-861-002).
4. Procedure
Subtask 25-40-00-820-059-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. Adjustment of Single Blade Door - Lavatory F (if installed)
   (1) Open the lavatory door (1).
   (2) Remove the screws (4) from the floor bracket (8).
   (3) Remove the floor bracket (8) and the cover (7).
   (4) Remove the floor panels (5) and (6).
   (5) Release the screws (2).
   (6) Turn the threaded bushings (3) clockwise or counterclockwise to adjust the vertical position of the lavatory.
   (7) Check if dimensions A, B and C between the lavatory door (1) and the door frame are correct.
   (8) TORQUE the screws (2) to between 0.96 and 0.91 m.daN (84.96 and 80.53 lbf.in ) T.
   (9) Put the floor panels (5) and (6) in position.
   (10) Install the cover (7), floor bracket (8) and screws (4).
   (11) TORQUE the screws (4) to between 0.28 and 0.23 m.daN (24.78 and 20.35 lbf.in )
T.
   (12) Close the lavatory door (1).

B. Adjustment of Bi-folding Door - Lavatory F (if installed)
   (1) Open the lavatory door (1).
   (2) Remove the screws (4) from the floor bracket (8).
   (3) Remove the floor bracket (8) and the cover (7).
   (4) Remove the floor panels (5) and (6).
   (5) Release the screws (2).
   (6) Turn the threaded bushings (3) clockwise or counterclockwise to adjust the vertical position of the lavatory.
   (7) Check if dimensions D, K and E between the lavatory door (1) and the door frame are correct.
   (8) TORQUE the screws (2) to between 0.96 and 0.91 m.daN (84.96 and 80.53 lbf.in ) T.
   (9) Put the floor panels (5) and (6) in position.
   (10) Install the cover (7), floor bracket (8) and screws (4).
   (11) TORQUE the screws (4) to between 0.28 and 0.23 m.daN (24.78 and 20.35 lbf.in )
T.
   (12) Close the lavatory door (1).
Subtask 25-40-00-820-061-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
C. Adjustment of the Lavatory Door with CAS - Lavatory G (if installed)
   (1) Open the door (1).
   (2) Loosen the setscrew (8) and remove the lockwasher (4) and the bolt (6).
   (3) Disconnect the door damper (7) from the sidewall bracket (5).
   (4) Remove the screws (9).
   (5) Remove the screws (10) from the floor bracket (14).
   (6) Remove the floor bracket (14) and the cover (13).
   (7) Remove the floor panels (11) and (12).
   (8) Release the screws (3).
   (9) Turn the threaded bushings (2) clockwise or counterclockwise to adjust the vertical position of the lavatory.
   (10) Check if dimensions F, G, and H between the lavatory door (1) and the door frame are correct.
   (11) TORQUE the screws (3) to between 0.96 and 0.91 m.daN (84.96 and 80.53 lbf.in ) T.
   (12) Put the floor panels (11) and (12) in position.
   (13) Install the cover (13), floor bracket (14) and screws (10).
   (14) TORQUE the screws (10) to between 0.28 and 0.23 m.daN (24.78 and 20.35 lbf.in )
T.
   (15) Install the screws (9).
   (16) Tighten the screws (9).
   (17) Put the door damper (7) in position on the sidewall bracket (5) and install the bolt (6), lockwasher (4) and setscrew (8).
   (18) Tighten the setscrew (8).
   (19) Close the lavatory door (1).

D. Adjustment of the Single Blade Door - Lavatory G (if installed)
   (1) Open the lavatory door (1).
   (2) Remove the screws (4) from the floor bracket (8).
   (3) Remove the floor bracket (8) and the cover (7).
   (4) Remove the floor panels (5) and (6).
   (5) Release the screws (2).
   (6) Turn the threaded bushings (3) clockwise or counterclockwise to adjust the vertical position of the lavatory.
   (7) Check if dimensions L, M and N between the lavatory door (1) and the door frame are correct.
   (8) TORQUE the screws (2) to between 0.96 and 0.91 m.daN (84.96 and 80.53 lbf.in ) T.
   (9) Put the floor panels (5) and (6) in position.
   (10) Install the cover (7), floor bracket (8) and screws (4).
   (11) TORQUE the screws (4) to between 0.28 and 0.23 m.daN (24.78 and 20.35 lbf.in )
T.
   (12) Close the lavatory door (1).

E. Adjustment of Bi-folding Door - Lavatory G (if installed)
   (1) Open the lavatory door (1).
   (2) Remove the screws (4) from the floor bracket (8).
   (3) Remove the floor bracket (8) and the cover (7).
   (4) Remove the floor panels (5) and (6).
   (5) Release the screws (2).
   (6) Turn the threaded bushings (3) clockwise or counterclockwise to adjust the vertical position of the lavatory.
   (7) Check if dimensions P, Q and R between the lavatory door (1) and the door frame are correct.
   (8) TORQUE the screws (2) to between 0.96 and 0.91 m.daN (84.96 and 80.53 lbf.in ) T.
   (9) Put the floor panels (5) and (6) in position.
   (10) Install the cover (7), floor bracket (8) and screws (4).
   (11) TORQUE the screws (4) to between 0.28 and 0.23 m.daN (24.78 and 20.35 lbf.in )
T.
   (12) Close the lavatory door (1).
