A. Identification of the Damage Limits
Subtask 25-20-00-010-052-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL NOTE: The minimum distance between the damage and the latches or hinges must be more than 200 mm (7.9 in.).
(1) Damage type 1 (minor damage):- The maximum permitted diameter of the area of the damage must be 10 mm (0.4 in.).
- The maximum number of minor damage on the OHSC door must be 10.
- The maximum number of minor damage in an area of 100 mm x 100 mm (4 in. x 4 in.) must be 5.
- The minimum distance between the damage must be more than 20 mm (0.8 in.).
- The maximum permitted length of the crack must be 30 mm (1.2 in.).
- The maximum number of damage on the OHSC door must be 2.
- The minimum distance between the damages must be more than 20 mm (0.8 in.).
- The maximum permitted diameter of the area of the damage must be 100 mm (4.0 in.).
- The maximum number of damage on the OHSC door must be 2.
- The minimum distance between the damage must be more than 60 mm (2.4 in.).
- The maximum permitted diameter of the area of the damage must be 100 mm (4.0 in.).
- The maximum number of damage on the OHSC door must be 2.
- The minimum distance between the damages must be more than 60 mm (2.4 in.).
- The maximum permitted length of the damaged area parallel to the edge of the component must be 50 mm (2.0 in.).
- The maximum permitted width of the damaged area from the component edge to both sides must be 10 mm (0.4 in.).

- The minimum distance between the damages must be more than 100 mm (4.0 in.).
B. Preparation
(1) If necessary, remove the damaged OHSC door (Ref. AMM TASK 25-24-41-000-002).
(2) Carefully remove the decor layer from the damaged area:

- Paint (Ref. AMM TASK 25-20-00-370-006)
- Foil (Ref. AMM TASK 25-20-00-340-003).
C. Repair of the OHSC Door (Damage Type 1)
(1) Clean the damaged area with Non Aqueous Cleaner-General - - (Material No.08BAA9) and Textile-Lint free Cotton - (Material No.14SBA1) .
(2) Use a SPATULA - NON METALLIC and apply Paste Adhesive-Polyester Filler - (Material No.13FCA1) to the surface of the repair area.
(3) Let the filler cure.
(4) Make the repair area smooth with a PAPER - ABRASIVE (GRADE 200) or finer.
(5) Clean the surface with Non Aqueous Cleaner-General - - (Material No.08BAA9) and Textile-Lint free Cotton - (Material No.14SBA1) .
Subtask 25-20-00-340-062-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Clean the damaged area with Non Aqueous Cleaner-General - - (Material No.08BAA9) and Textile-Lint free Cotton - (Material No.14SBA1) .
(2) Use a SPATULA - NON METALLIC and apply Paste Adhesive-Polyester Filler - (Material No.13FCA1) to the surface of the repair area.
(3) Let the filler cure.
(4) Make the repair area smooth with a PAPER - ABRASIVE (GRADE 200) or finer.
(5) Clean the surface with Non Aqueous Cleaner-General - - (Material No.08BAA9) and Textile-Lint free Cotton - (Material No.14SBA1) .
D. Repair of the OHSC Door (Damage Type 2)
(1) Clean the damaged area with Non Aqueous Cleaner-General - - (Material No.08BAA9) and Textile-Lint free Cotton - (Material No.14SBA1) .
(2) Drill a hole approx. 5 mm (0.2 in.) dia. at the ends of the crack.
(3) Apply PAPER - MASKING and Adhesive Film Tape-Masking - - (Material No.05RDA1) around the area that you want to repair, if necessary.
(4) Use a SYRINGE to slowly put the Laminating resin-Epoxy SRM Type 2 - (Material No.13EBC1) (2) through the crack into the honeycomb core.
(5) Stop the syringe when the resin (2) comes out of the crack.
(6) Remove the masking paper and the masking tape, if applied.
(7) Remove the unwanted resin with Non Aqueous Cleaner-General - - (Material No.08BAA9) and Textile-Lint free Cotton - (Material No.14SBA1) .
(8) Let the resin (2) cure.
(9) Make the repair area smooth with a PAPER - ABRASIVE (GRADE 200) or finer.
(10) Clean the surface with Non Aqueous Cleaner-General - - (Material No.08BAA9) and Textile-Lint free Cotton - (Material No.14SBA1) .
(11) Use a SPATULA - NON METALLIC and apply Paste Adhesive-Polyester Filler - (Material No.13FCA1) (1) to the surface of the repair area.
(12) Let the filler (1) cure.
(13) Make the repair area smooth with a PAPER - ABRASIVE (GRADE 200) or finer.
(14) Clean the surface with Non Aqueous Cleaner-General - - (Material No.08BAA9) and Textile-Lint free Cotton - (Material No.14SBA1) .
Subtask 25-20-00-340-063-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Clean the damaged area with Non Aqueous Cleaner-General - - (Material No.08BAA9) and Textile-Lint free Cotton - (Material No.14SBA1) .

(11) Use a SPATULA - NON METALLIC and apply Paste Adhesive-Polyester Filler - (Material No.13FCA1) (1) to the surface of the repair area.
(12) Let the filler (1) cure.
(13) Make the repair area smooth with a PAPER - ABRASIVE (GRADE 200) or finer.
(14) Clean the surface with Non Aqueous Cleaner-General - - (Material No.08BAA9) and Textile-Lint free Cotton - (Material No.14SBA1) .
E. Repair of the OHSC Door (Damage Type 3)
(1) Clean the damaged area with Non Aqueous Cleaner-General - - (Material No.08BAA9) and Textile-Lint free Cotton - (Material No.14SBA1) .
(2) Cut out the prepreg layer on the rear side of the panel (inside of the OHSC) along the edges of the damaged area.
(3) Cut out the damaged honeycomb core along the edges of the damaged area.
(4) Clean the surface with Non Aqueous Cleaner-General - - (Material No.08BAA9) and Textile-Lint free Cotton - (Material No.14SBA1) .
(5) Apply PAPER - MASKING and Adhesive Film Tape-Masking - - (Material No.05RDA1) around the area that you want to repair, if necessary.
(6) Fill the space of the removed honeycomb core with Low density compound-Fire compliant Low temperature curing Furnishing (Material No.13GBB3) (1).
(7) Install a doubler in the repaired area:
(a) For aluminium doubler:
(9) Remove the masking paper and the masking tape, if applied.
(10) Clean the surface with Non Aqueous Cleaner-General - - (Material No.08BAA9) and Textile-Lint free Cotton - (Material No.14SBA1) .
Subtask 25-20-00-340-064-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Clean the damaged area with Non Aqueous Cleaner-General - - (Material No.08BAA9) and Textile-Lint free Cotton - (Material No.14SBA1) .
(2) Cut out the prepreg layer on the rear side of the panel (inside of the OHSC) along the edges of the damaged area.
(3) Cut out the damaged honeycomb core along the edges of the damaged area.
(4) Clean the surface with Non Aqueous Cleaner-General - - (Material No.08BAA9) and Textile-Lint free Cotton - (Material No.14SBA1) .
(5) Apply PAPER - MASKING and Adhesive Film Tape-Masking - - (Material No.05RDA1) around the area that you want to repair, if necessary.
(6) Fill the space of the removed honeycomb core with Low density compound-Fire compliant Low temperature curing Furnishing (Material No.13GBB3) (1).
(7) Install a doubler in the repaired area:
(a) For aluminium doubler:
- apply Epoxy Adhesive-- - Legacy 1 (Material No.05EML9) in the area of installation
- install an Aluminium doubler (ABS 5044) (2).
- apply Epoxy Adhesive-- - Legacy 1 (Material No.05EML9) in the area of installation
- install a Prepreg doubler (ABS 5047-02) (2).
- apply Laminating resin-Epoxy Fire compliant - (Material No.13EBK1) in the area of installation
- install the doubler Dry glass fabric-4H Satin 293 gsm - 143 style - - (Material No.13ACA1) (2).
NOTE: The minimum thickness of the new prepreg or glasscloth doubler shall be the thickness of the top layer which is used for this component.
(8) Let the core filler and the adhesive cure. (9) Remove the masking paper and the masking tape, if applied.
(10) Clean the surface with Non Aqueous Cleaner-General - - (Material No.08BAA9) and Textile-Lint free Cotton - (Material No.14SBA1) .
F. Repair of the OHSC Door (Damage Type 4)
(1) Clean the damaged area with Non Aqueous Cleaner-General - - (Material No.08BAA9) and Textile-Lint free Cotton - (Material No.14SBA1) .
(2) Cut out the prepreg layer on the front side of the door along the edges of the damaged area. Cut out the prepreg layer on the rear side of the panel up to 25.00 mm (1.0 in.) more than the edges of the damaged area.
(3) Cut out the damaged honeycomb core up to 25.00 mm (1.0 in.) more than the edges of the damaged area from the rear side of the door.
(4) Clean the surface with Non Aqueous Cleaner-General - - (Material No.08BAA9) and a Textile-Lint free Cotton - (Material No.14SBA1) .
(5) Apply PAPER - MASKING and Adhesive Film Tape-Masking - - (Material No.05RDA1) around the area that you want to repair, if necessary.
(6) Install a doubler in the repair area:
(a) For aluminium doubler:

(10) Clean the surfaces with Non Aqueous Cleaner-General - - (Material No.08BAA9) and a Textile-Lint free Cotton - (Material No.14SBA1) .
(11) Use a SPATULA - NON METALLIC and apply Paste Adhesive-- Filler Furnishing (Material No.13FGE3) (4) to the surface of the repair area.
(12) Let the filler cure.
(13) Remove the masking paper and the masking tape, if applied.
(14) Make the repair area smooth with a PAPER - ABRASIVE (GRADE 200) or finer.
(15) Clean the surface with Non Aqueous Cleaner-General - - (Material No.08BAA9) and Textile-Lint free Cotton - (Material No.14SBA1) .
Subtask 25-20-00-340-065-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Clean the damaged area with Non Aqueous Cleaner-General - - (Material No.08BAA9) and Textile-Lint free Cotton - (Material No.14SBA1) .
(2) Cut out the prepreg layer on the front side of the door along the edges of the damaged area. Cut out the prepreg layer on the rear side of the panel up to 25.00 mm (1.0 in.) more than the edges of the damaged area.
(3) Cut out the damaged honeycomb core up to 25.00 mm (1.0 in.) more than the edges of the damaged area from the rear side of the door.
(4) Clean the surface with Non Aqueous Cleaner-General - - (Material No.08BAA9) and a Textile-Lint free Cotton - (Material No.14SBA1) .
(5) Apply PAPER - MASKING and Adhesive Film Tape-Masking - - (Material No.05RDA1) around the area that you want to repair, if necessary.
(6) Install a doubler in the repair area:
(a) For aluminium doubler:
- apply Epoxy Adhesive-- - Legacy 1 (Material No.05EML9) in the area of installation
- install an Aluminium doubler (ABS 5044) (2).
- apply Epoxy Adhesive-- - Legacy 1 (Material No.05EML9) in the area of installation
- install a Prepreg doubler (ABS 5047-02) (2).
- apply Laminating resin-Epoxy Fire compliant - (Material No.13EBK1) in the area of installation

(14) Make the repair area smooth with a PAPER - ABRASIVE (GRADE 200) or finer.
(15) Clean the surface with Non Aqueous Cleaner-General - - (Material No.08BAA9) and Textile-Lint free Cotton - (Material No.14SBA1) .
G. Repair of the OHSC Door (Damage Type 5)
(1) Clean the damaged area with Non Aqueous Cleaner-General - - (Material No.08BAA9) and Textile-Lint free Cotton - (Material No.14SBA1) .
(2) Cut out the prepreg layer (1) and the honeycomb core (2) along the edges of the damaged area.
(3) Clean the surface with Non Aqueous Cleaner-General - - (Material No.08BAA9) and a Textile-Lint free Cotton - (Material No.14SBA1) .
(4) Apply PAPER - MASKING and Adhesive Film Tape-Masking - - (Material No.05RDA1) around the area that you want to repair, if necessary.
(5) Fill the space of the removed honeycomb core with Low density compound-Fire compliant Low temperature curing Furnishing (Material No.13GBB3) (3).
(6) Let the core filler (3) cure.
(7) Use a SPATULA - NON METALLIC and apply Paste Adhesive-- Filler Furnishing (Material No.13FGE3) (4) to the surface of the repair area.
(8) Let the filler (4) cure.
(9) Remove the masking paper and the masking tape, if applied.
(10) Make the repair area smooth with a PAPER - ABRASIVE (GRADE 200) or finer.
(11) Clean the damaged area with Non Aqueous Cleaner-General - - (Material No.08BAA9) and a Textile-Lint free Cotton - (Material No.14SBA1) .

(4) Apply PAPER - MASKING and Adhesive Film Tape-Masking - - (Material No.05RDA1) around the area that you want to repair, if necessary.
(5) Fill the space of the removed honeycomb core with Low density compound-Fire compliant Low temperature curing Furnishing (Material No.13GBB3) (3).
(6) Let the core filler (3) cure.
(7) Use a SPATULA - NON METALLIC and apply Paste Adhesive-- Filler Furnishing (Material No.13FGE3) (4) to the surface of the repair area.
(8) Let the filler (4) cure.
(9) Remove the masking paper and the masking tape, if applied.
(10) Make the repair area smooth with a PAPER - ABRASIVE (GRADE 200) or finer.
(11) Clean the damaged area with Non Aqueous Cleaner-General - - (Material No.08BAA9) and a Textile-Lint free Cotton - (Material No.14SBA1) .
H. Put the aircraft back to its initial configuration.
(1) Apply the decor layer on the repaired area:

- Paint (Ref. AMM TASK 25-20-00-370-006).
- Foil (Ref. AMM TASK 25-20-00-340-003).
