A. Get Access
   (1) Put an ACCESS PLATFORM 4M (13 FT)-ADJUSTABLE in position.
   (2) Open the forward passenger/crew door 831 (Ref. AMM TASK 52-10-00-010-001).
   (3) Open the access doors 812 822 (Ref. AMM TASK 52-41-00-010-002).

B. Make sure that the aircraft electrical circuits are de-energized
(Ref. AMM TASK 24-41-00-862-002).
4. Procedure
Subtask 24-92-00-210-080-A
A. General Visual Inspection of the 105VU, 106VU, 103VU, 107VU and 70VU Installed in the Lateral Avionic Compartment
   (1) Do a visual inspection of the wiring to make sure that there is no signs of ageing, alteration, overheating, scaling and deformation ESPM 2052110:
     (a) On the AC/DC feeder routes: 1G, 2G, 4G and 6G.
     (b) On the AC/DC power-distribution routes: 1P, 2P and 6P.
     (c) On the flight control wiring.
     (d) On the engine control routes: 1S and 2S.
     (e) On the others routes: 1M, 2M and 6M.
     (f) On the audio route: 1R.
     (g) On the coaxial cable routes: 3T and 4T.
     (h) On the generator excitation routes: 1E, 2E, 3E and 6E.
NOTE: Use a FLASHLIGHT or a MIRROR - INSPECTION, FLEXIBLE if necessary.
   (2) Make sure that there is no dust, lint or hydraulic contamination.

A. Close Access
   (1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
   (2) Close the forward passenger/crew door 831 (Ref. AMM TASK 52-10-00-410-001).
   (3) Close the access doors 812 822 (Ref. AMM TASK 52-41-00-410-002).
   (4) Remove the access platform(s).
