are possibly dry, put a small quantity of Mineral Hydraulic Fluid-Damper - - (Material No.02BBB9) on a clean Textile-Lint free Cotton - (Material No.14SBA1) .
Apply a thin layer of hydraulic-fluid on the chromium surfaces.
Make sure that:
- the Hydraulic Hoses and Rigid Pipes are correctly installed and clamped. Do a General Visual Inspection for distortion, cracks, damage and signs of fretting because of vibration.
- All the hoses are installed in their correct location and are not twisted.
- There are no signs of hydraulic leakage from the unions.
- All the brackets, line support blocks and clamps are correctly installed and safetied.
- There is the correct clearance between all hydraulic pipelines and their related structure.
Make sure that:
- All the electrical conduits, connectors and protective coatings are in good condition.
- All the electrical connections and connectors are correctly installed and safetied.
- There is no fluid contamination.
If necessary, clean the area of contamination.
