Subtask 79-36-05-941-051-A
A. Safety Precautions
(1) On the center pedestal, on ENG panel 115VU:
(a) Make sure that the ENG/MODE selector switch is in the NORM position.
(b) Make sure that the ENG/MASTER 1(2) control switch was in the OFF position not less than five minutes before you do this procedure.
(c) Make sure that the WARNING NOTICE(S) are in position to tell persons not to operate:
(a) Make sure that the ON legend of the FADEC GND PWR/1(2) pushbutton switch is off.
(b) Make sure that the WARNING NOTICE(S) is in position to tell persons not to energize FADEC 1(2).
Subtask 79-36-05-010-051-A (1) On the center pedestal, on ENG panel 115VU:

B. Get Access
(1) Make sure that the fan cowl doors are open (Ref. AMM TASK 71-13-00-010-803):

(2) Make sure that the ACCESS PLATFORM 1M(3 FT) is in position.
4. Procedure(1) Make sure that the fan cowl doors are open (Ref. AMM TASK 71-13-00-010-803):

(2) Make sure that the ACCESS PLATFORM 1M(3 FT) is in position.
Subtask 79-36-05-420-050-A
A. Installation of the Oil Debris Monitoring System (ODMS) Separator
(2) Remove all the COVER - PROTECTION and CAP - PROTECTION on the openings, tubes, hoses and connectors.
(3) Make sure that the mating surfaces are clean and clear of unwanted materials.
(4) Lubricate the new EIPC 79-36-05-01-090 O-RING (13) with engine oil (Material No.CP2442) .
(5) Install the EIPC 79-36-05-01-090 O-RING (13) in the groove of the ODMS separator (1).
(6) Install the ODMS separator (1) in correct position on the oil tank (3).
(7) Do a check of the installation of the tank pressurizing valve adapter on the ODMS separator (1). See section A-A of the sheet 4 of the figure:
(8) Lubricate the threads of the six bolts (12), the two bolts (10), the two bolts (9) and the four bolts (5) with the engine oil (Material No.CP2442) .
(9) Install the six bolts (12) to attach the ODMS separator (1) on the oil tank (3) and tighten them with your hand.
(10) TORQUE the six bolts (12) to between 120.81 and 109.31 lbf.in (1.37 and 1.24 m.daN )

(11) Connection of the oil tubes to the ODMS separator (1):
(a) Install the three bolts (14) of the three clamps (15) from the oil tube (4).
(b) Install the new EIPC 79-36-05-01-060 GASKET (11) and oil tube (7) in correct position on the ODMS separator (1).
(c) Install the two bolts (10) to attach the oil tube (7) to the ODMS separator (1) and tighten them with your hand.
(d) TORQUE the two bolts (10) to between 120.81 and 109.31 lbf.in (1.37 and 1.24 m.daN )

(e) Install the two bolts (9) to attach the bracket (8) to the oil tube (7) and tighten them with your hand.
(f) TORQUE the two bolts (9) to between 120.81 and 109.31 lbf.in (1.37 and 1.24 m.daN )
.
(g) Install the new EIPC 79-36-05-01-020 GASKET (6) and oil tube (4) in the correct position on the ODMS separator (1).
(h) Install the four bolts (5) to attach the oil tube (4) to the ODMS separator (1) and tighten them with your hand.
(i) TORQUE the four bolts (5) to between 120.81 and 109.31 lbf.in (1.37 and 1.24 m.daN )

(12) Install the ODMS sensor (2) (Ref. AMM TASK 79-36-10-400-801).
(13) Remove the CONTAINER 5 L (1.32 USGAL) from below the ODMS separator (1).
5. Close-upWARNING:
USE PERSONAL PROTECTION EQUIPMENT. USE THE ENGINE OIL IN A WELL-VENTILATED AREA. ENGINE OIL IS TOXIC.
(1) Put a CONTAINER 5 L (1.32 USGAL) below the ODMS separator (1). (2) Remove all the COVER - PROTECTION and CAP - PROTECTION on the openings, tubes, hoses and connectors.
(3) Make sure that the mating surfaces are clean and clear of unwanted materials.
(4) Lubricate the new EIPC 79-36-05-01-090 O-RING (13) with engine oil (Material No.CP2442) .
(5) Install the EIPC 79-36-05-01-090 O-RING (13) in the groove of the ODMS separator (1).
(6) Install the ODMS separator (1) in correct position on the oil tank (3).
(7) Do a check of the installation of the tank pressurizing valve adapter on the ODMS separator (1). See section A-A of the sheet 4 of the figure:
(8) Lubricate the threads of the six bolts (12), the two bolts (10), the two bolts (9) and the four bolts (5) with the engine oil (Material No.CP2442) .

. (g) Install the new EIPC 79-36-05-01-020 GASKET (6) and oil tube (4) in the correct position on the ODMS separator (1).
(h) Install the four bolts (5) to attach the oil tube (4) to the ODMS separator (1) and tighten them with your hand.
(i) TORQUE the four bolts (5) to between 120.81 and 109.31 lbf.in (1.37 and 1.24 m.daN )
. (12) Install the ODMS sensor (2) (Ref. AMM TASK 79-36-10-400-801).
(13) Remove the CONTAINER 5 L (1.32 USGAL) from below the ODMS separator (1).

B. Close Access
(1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
(2) Close the fan cowl doors (Ref. AMM TASK 71-13-00-410-803):

(3) Remove the access platform(s).
