A. Installation of the Thrust Reverser Hydraulic Filter Assembly
(1) Put a CLOTH - PROTECTIVE in the location where you will install the thrust reverser hydraulic filter assembly.
The hydraulic fluid will cause damage to the engine.
(2) Put the hydraulic filter assembly (30) in position on the support plate (50) with the four bolts (40) and the four washers (45). Do not torque the bolts (40) at this time.
(3) Remove the blanking plugs from the ports of the filter assembly (30).
(4) Remove the blanking plugs from the disconnected line ends (20) and (25).
(5) Connection of the pressure supply tubes
(b) Connect the pressure supply tube (20) to the filter (30). Do not torque the tube (20) at this time.
(6) TORQUE the four bolts (40) to between 1.79 and 1.38 m.daN (13.20 and 10.18 lbf.ft )
.
(7) TORQUE the coupling nut of the pressure supply tubes (20) and (25) to between 3.2 and 2.9 m.daN (23.60 and 21.39 lbf.ft )
.
(8) Install the clamp (15) with the bolt (5) and the washer (10) to attach the pressure supply tube (20).
(9) Remove the protective cloth from the engine.
