Subtask 78-32-77-860-050-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
(1) On the center pedestal, on the ENG panel 115VU, make sure that a WARNING NOTICE(S) is in position to tell persons not to start the engine.
(2) On the overhead maintenance panel 50VU, make sure that the ON legend of the ENG/FADEC GND PWR/1(2) pushbutton switch is off. Make sure that a WARNING NOTICE(S) is in position to tell persons not to energize the FADEC 1(2).
(3) Make sure that the ACCESS PLATFORM 2M (6 FT) is in position.
Subtask 78-32-77-010-051-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) On the center pedestal, on the ENG panel 115VU, make sure that a WARNING NOTICE(S) is in position to tell persons not to start the engine.

C. Make sure that the thrust reverser Hydraulic Control Unit (HCU) is deactivated (Ref. AMM TASK 78-30-00-040-012).
4. ProcedureSubtask 78-32-77-420-050-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. Install the 900J receptacle (Ref. AMM TASK 70-23-15-912-010).
(1) Remove the caps from the three electrical connectors and their receptacles.
(2) Install the 900J receptacle (10) on the bracket (9) with the screws (11), the washers (8), and the nuts (7) (Detail G).
(3) TORQUE the nuts to between 15 and 12 lbf.in (0.17 and 0.14 m.daN )
(Ref. AMM TASK 70-23-11-911-013).
Subtask 78-32-77-420-052-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Remove the caps from the three electrical connectors and their receptacles.
(2) Install the 900J receptacle (10) on the bracket (9) with the screws (11), the washers (8), and the nuts (7) (Detail G).
(3) TORQUE the nuts to between 15 and 12 lbf.in (0.17 and 0.14 m.daN )
(Ref. AMM TASK 70-23-11-911-013). B. Connect the electrical connectors (Ref. AMM TASK 70-23-15-912-010).
(1) Connect the 900P connector (6) to the 900J receptacle (10) (Detail G). Tighten the connector by hand plus one-eighth turn.
(2) Connect the 902P connector (5) to the receptacle on the non-locking actuator (4) (Detail F). Tighten the connector by hand plus one-eighth turn.
(3) Connect the 904P connector (3) to the receptacle of the locking actuator (2) (Detail E). Tighten the connector by hand plus one-eighth turn.
Subtask 78-32-77-420-051-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Connect the 900P connector (6) to the 900J receptacle (10) (Detail G). Tighten the connector by hand plus one-eighth turn.
(2) Connect the 902P connector (5) to the receptacle on the non-locking actuator (4) (Detail F). Tighten the connector by hand plus one-eighth turn.
(3) Connect the 904P connector (3) to the receptacle of the locking actuator (2) (Detail E). Tighten the connector by hand plus one-eighth turn.
C. Install the right C-Duct electrical harness
(1) Attach the right C-duct electrical harness (1) and the lower hydraulic tube (18) to the brackets on both sides of the non-locking actuator with the clamps (16), the spacers (15), the screws (17), the washers (14) and the nuts (19). (Detail C). Tighten the nuts by hand only at this step.
(2) At seven positions, install the screws (13), the washers (14), the nuts (19) and the clamps (12) which attach the right C-duct electrical harness to the C-duct (Detail D). Tighten the nuts by hand only at this step.
(3) At two positions, install the clamps (21), the washers (22), the screws (23) and the nuts (27) which attach the right C-duct electrical harness to the bracket (Detail H).
(4) TORQUE all of the nuts (19) to between 25 and 20 lbf.in (0.28 and 0.23 m.daN )
(Ref. AMM TASK 70-23-11-911-013).
(5) At two positions, install the spacers (20), the screws (13), the washers (14) and the clamps (12) which attach the right C-duct electrical harness to the brackets (Detail B).
(6) TORQUE the screws (13) to between 25 and 20 lbf.in (0.28 and 0.23 m.daN )
(Ref. AMM TASK 70-23-11-911-013).
Subtask 78-32-77-420-053-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Attach the right C-duct electrical harness (1) and the lower hydraulic tube (18) to the brackets on both sides of the non-locking actuator with the clamps (16), the spacers (15), the screws (17), the washers (14) and the nuts (19). (Detail C). Tighten the nuts by hand only at this step.
(2) At seven positions, install the screws (13), the washers (14), the nuts (19) and the clamps (12) which attach the right C-duct electrical harness to the C-duct (Detail D). Tighten the nuts by hand only at this step.
(3) At two positions, install the clamps (21), the washers (22), the screws (23) and the nuts (27) which attach the right C-duct electrical harness to the bracket (Detail H).
(4) TORQUE all of the nuts (19) to between 25 and 20 lbf.in (0.28 and 0.23 m.daN )
(Ref. AMM TASK 70-23-11-911-013). (5) At two positions, install the spacers (20), the screws (13), the washers (14) and the clamps (12) which attach the right C-duct electrical harness to the brackets (Detail B).
(6) TORQUE the screws (13) to between 25 and 20 lbf.in (0.28 and 0.23 m.daN )
(Ref. AMM TASK 70-23-11-911-013). D. Assemble the electrical harness to the lower hydraulic tube

(2) Attach the right C-duct electrical harness (3) to the lower hydraulic tube (28), near the non-locking actuator, with the clamps (21), the screw (23), the washer (22) and the nut (27).

B. Close Access
(1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
(2) Close the fan cowls (Ref. AMM TASK 71-13-00-410-010):

(3) Remove the access platform(s).
(4) Remove the WARNING NOTICE(S).
Subtask 78-32-77-710-050-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
(2) Close the fan cowls (Ref. AMM TASK 71-13-00-410-010):

(3) Remove the access platform(s).
(4) Remove the WARNING NOTICE(S).
C. Do an operational test of the Thrust Reverser system (Ref. AMM TASK 78-31-00-710-041) and make sure that on CFDS no fault is show related to the thrust reverser system.
