1. Reason for the Job- DO NOT CAUSE DAMAGE TO THE ELECTRICAL CABLE RACEWAYS.
- DO NOT CAUSE DAMAGE TO THE ELECTRICAL CABLE INSTALLATIONS.
- MAKE SURE THAT THE ELECTRICAL CABLES ARE INSTALLED CORRECTLY. INCORRECT INSTALLATION CAN CAUSE DAMAGE.

B. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
(2) Install the 98D27803500001 LOCKING TOOL ZERO POS on the flap/slat control lever.
Subtask 57-21-00-010-067-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL WARNING:
MAKE SURE THAT THE TRAVEL RANGES OF THE FLIGHT CONTROLS SURFACES ARE CLEAR. MOVEMENT OF FLIGHT CONTROLS CAN CAUSE INJURY TO PERSONS AND/OR DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT.
(1) Make sure that the flaps are fully retracted (Ref. AMM TASK 27-50-00-866-009). (2) Install the 98D27803500001 LOCKING TOOL ZERO POS on the flap/slat control lever.
C. Get Access
(1) Put the ACCESS PLATFORM 3M (10 FT)- ADJUSTABLE in position below flap track 3, zone 532 (632).
(2) Remove the applicable access panels (Ref. AMM TASK 57-55-11-000-001):
(a) For the left wing: 532AB 532BB 532CB and 532DB
(b) For the right wing: 632AB 632BB 632CB and 632DB.
Subtask 57-21-00-010-067-B ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Put the ACCESS PLATFORM 3M (10 FT)- ADJUSTABLE in position below flap track 3, zone 532 (632).
(2) Remove the applicable access panels (Ref. AMM TASK 57-55-11-000-001):
(a) For the left wing: 532AB 532BB 532CB and 532DB

NOTE: If you can see all the area to be inspected with the fairing access panels (532CB (632CB) 532DB (632DB)) installed, then it is not necessary to remove them.
C. Get Access
(1) Put the ACCESS PLATFORM 3M (10 FT)- ADJUSTABLE in position below flap track 3, zone 532 (632).
(2) Remove the applicable access panels (Ref. AMM TASK 57-55-11-000-004):
(a) For the left wing: 532CB and 532EB
(b) For the right wing: 632CB and 632EB.
Subtask 57-21-00-110-072-A (1) Put the ACCESS PLATFORM 3M (10 FT)- ADJUSTABLE in position below flap track 3, zone 532 (632).
(2) Remove the applicable access panels (Ref. AMM TASK 57-55-11-000-004):
(a) For the left wing: 532CB and 532EB
(b) For the right wing: 632CB and 632EB.
NOTE: If you can see all the area to be inspected with the fairing access panels (532CB (632CB)) installed, then it is not necessary to remove them.
D. Preparation of the Inspection Area
(1) Make sure that the inspection area is sufficiently clean to do a satisfactory inspection of the area.
(2) If not, clean the inspection area with Non Aqueous Cleaner-General - - (Material No.08BAA9) and a Textile-Lint free Cotton - (Material No.14SBA1) .

A. Inspection
(1) Do a detailed inspection of outer wing, bottom skin lower surface, spanwise skin joints at stringer 8 and stringer 11, between RIB 11 and RIB 13 in areas covered by flap track 3 fairing, for damage or discontinuities.
(2) Make sure that there is no:
(a) Corrosion damage:
If you find corrosion, refer to the Structural Repair Manual ( SRM 512200) for the corrosion types, inspection, removal and subsequent corrosion protection.
(b) Other damage (scratches, cracks, gouges, dents, creases):
If you find this type of damage, refer to the Structural Repair Manual ( SRM 511100) for the damage types, classification and corrective action.
(c) Paint layer damage:
If you find this type of damage, refer to the Structural Repair Manual ( SRM 512300) for general data for paint layers.
5. Close-up(1) Do a detailed inspection of outer wing, bottom skin lower surface, spanwise skin joints at stringer 8 and stringer 11, between RIB 11 and RIB 13 in areas covered by flap track 3 fairing, for damage or discontinuities.
(2) Make sure that there is no:

(2) Remove the 98D27803500001 LOCKING TOOL ZERO POS from the flap/slat control lever.
(3) Remove the WARNING NOTICE(S).
(4) Remove the ground support and maintenance equipment, the special and standard tools and all other items.
