Subtask 53-12-11-160-050-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. Preparation for the Installation
   (1) Do an inspection of the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
   (2) Remove the remaining sealant from the cockpit floor panels (1), (4), (6), (7), (8) and (12) with the SCRAPER - NON METALLIC.
   (3) Make sure that the Sealing Profile-- Silicone Foam - (Material No.14JAB1) (15) is in the correct condition. If necessary:
     (a) Remove the defective Sealing Profile-- Silicone Foam - (Material No.14JAB1) (15).
     (b) Clean the mating surface with Non Aqueous Cleaner-General - - (Material No.08BAA9) and the Textile-Lint free Cotton - (Material No.14SBA1) .
     (c) Install the new Sealing Profile-- Silicone Foam - (Material No.14JAB1) (15) with the correct width and thickness.
   (4) Make sure that the parts retained from the removed component are clean and in the correct condition.
Subtask 53-12-11-160-050-B ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. Preparation for the Installation
   (1) Do an inspection of the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
   (2) Remove the remaining sealant from the cockpit floor panels (1), (4), (6), (7), (8) and (12) with the SCRAPER - NON METALLIC.
   (3) Make sure that the Sealing Profile-- Silicone Foam - (Material No.14JAB1) (15) is in the correct condition. If necessary:
     (a) Remove the defective Sealing Profile-- Silicone Foam - (Material No.14JAB1) (15).
     (b) Clean the mating surface with Non Aqueous Cleaner-General - - (Material No.08BAA9) and the Textile-Lint free Cotton - (Material No.14SBA1) .
     (c) Install the new Sealing Profile-- Silicone Foam - (Material No.14JAB1) (15) with the correct width and thickness.
   (4) Make sure that the adhesive tape (14) is clean and in the correct condition.
   (5) If necessary, repair the adhesive tape (14) (Ref. AMM TASK 53-12-00-300-001).
   (6) Make sure that the parts retained from the removed component are clean and in the correct condition.
Subtask 53-12-11-160-050-C ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. Preparation for the Installation
   (1) Do an inspection of the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
   (2) For the cockpit floor panels from FR1 thru FR6:
     (a) Remove the remaining sealant from the cockpit floor panels (6), (7) and (8) with the SCRAPER - NON METALLIC.
     (b) Make sure that the clip nuts (12) are clean and in the correct condition.
     (c) If necessary, replace the damaged clip nuts (12).
     (d) Make sure that the adhesive tape (11) is clean and in the correct condition.
     (e) If applicable, install the new adhesive tape ABS5673 (11) on the cockpit floor panels (6) and (7).
NOTE: Adhesive tape ABS5673 has different widths.
   (3) For the cockpit floor panels from FR6 thru FR12:
     (a) Remove the remaining sealant from the cockpit floor panels (1) with the SCRAPER - NON METALLIC.
     (b) Make sure that the clip nuts (4) are clean and in the correct condition.
     (c) If necessary, replace the damaged clip nuts (4).
     (d) Make sure that the adhesive tape (3) is clean and in the correct condition.
     (e) If applicable, install the new adhesive tape ABS5673 (3) on the cockpit floor panels (1).
NOTE: Adhesive tape ABS5673 has different widths.
   (4) Make sure that the parts retained from the removed component are clean and in the correct condition.

B. Inspection of the Shims
F Shims from FR1 thru FR12 ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
F Shims from FR1 thru FR12 ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
   (1) Examine the shims between FR1 and FR12. If the shims are damaged, do the steps that follow:
     (a) Remove the shims with the SCRAPER - NON METALLIC.
     (b) Clean the area between the shims and the structure with Non Aqueous Cleaner-General - - (Material No.08BAA9) and the Textile-Lint free Cotton - (Material No.14SBA1) .
     (c) Apply Silicone Adhesive Sealant-General Purpose One part legacy (Material No.06CMD9) on the surface between the shims and the structure.
     (d) Install the shims on the structure.
4. Procedure

A. Installation of the Cockpit Floor Panels from FR6 thru FR12
F Cockpit Floor Panels ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
   (1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
   (2) Make sure that the adhesive tape (14) is in position on the cockpit floor panels (12).
   (3) Make sure that the Sealing Profile-- Silicone Foam - (Material No.14JAB1) (15) is in position on the cockpit floor panels (12).
   (4) Put the cockpit floor panels (12) in position. Refer to the identification label put during the removal procedure.
   (5) Apply Non Hardening Jointing Putty-Medium Temp. Area - - (Material No.06LCG9) on the screws (11).
   (6) Install the screws (11) and TORQUE them to between 1.19 and 0.97 lbf.ft (0.16 and 0.13 m.daN ) T.
   (7) Make sure that clearance J1 between the adjacent cockpit floor panels is 3 -1 mm or +1 mm (0.12 -0.04 in. or +0.04 in.).

   (1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
   (2) Make sure that the adhesive tape (14) is in position on the cockpit floor panels (6).
   (3) Make sure that the Sealing Profile-- Silicone Foam - (Material No.14JAB1) (15) is in position on the cockpit floor panels (6).
   (4) Put the cockpit floor panel (6) in position. Refer to the identification label put during the removal procedure.
   (5) Apply Non Hardening Jointing Putty-Medium Temp. Area - - (Material No.06LCG9) on the screws (5) and (9).
   (6) Install the washers (10) and the screws (5) and (9) on the cockpit floor panel (6).
   (7) TORQUE the screws (5) and (9) to between 1.19 and 0.97 lbf.ft (0.16 and 0.13 m.daN ) T.
   (8) Put the cockpit floor panels (7) and (8) in position. Refer to the identification label put during the removal procedure.
   (9) Apply Non Hardening Jointing Putty-Medium Temp. Area - - (Material No.
06LCG9) on the screws (5).
   (10) Install the screws (5) on the cockpit floor panels (7) and (8).
   (11) TORQUE the screws (5) to between 1.19 and 0.97 lbf.ft (0.16 and 0.13 m.daN ) T.
   (12) Make sure that clearance J1 between the adjacent cockpit floor panels is 3 -1 mm or +1 mm (0.12 -0.04 in. or +0.04 in.).
   (13) Put the cockpit floor panels (1) and (4) in position.
   (14) Install the washers (3).
   (15) Apply Non Hardening Jointing Putty-Medium Temp. Area - - (Material No.
06LCG9) on the screws (2).
   (16) Install the screws (2) and TORQUE them to between 1.19 and 0.97 lbf.ft (0.16 and 0.13 m.daN ) T.

   (5) Install the screws (11) and TORQUE them to between 1.8 and 1.44 lbf.ft (0.24 and 0.20 m.daN ) T.
   (6) Make sure that clearance J1 between the adjacent cockpit floor panels is 3 -1 mm or +1 mm (0.12 -0.04 in. or +0.04 in.).

   (4) Apply Non Hardening Jointing Putty-Medium Temp. Area - - (Material No.06LCG9) on the screws (5) and (9).
   (5) Install the washers (10) and the screws (5) and (9) on the cockpit floor panel (6).
   (6) TORQUE the screws (5) and (9) to between 1.8 and 1.44 lbf.ft (0.24 and 0.20 m.daN ) T.
   (7) Put the cockpit floor panels (7) and (8) in position. Refer to the identification label put during the removal procedure.
   (8) Apply Non Hardening Jointing Putty-Medium Temp. Area - - (Material No.
06LCG9) on the screws (5).
   (9) Install the screws (5) on the cockpit floor panels (7) and (8).
   (10) TORQUE the screws (5) to between 1.44 and 1.08 lbf.ft (0.20 and 0.15 m.daN ) T.
   (11) Make sure that clearance J1 between the adjacent cockpit floor panels is 3 -1 mm or +1 mm (0.12 -0.04 in. or +0.04 in.).
   (12) Put the cockpit floor panels (1) and (4) in position.
   (13) Install the washers (3).
   (14) Apply Non Hardening Jointing Putty-Medium Temp. Area - - (Material No.
06LCG9) on the screws (2).
   (15) Install the screws (2) and TORQUE them to between 1.8 and 1.44 lbf.ft (0.24 and 0.20 m.daN ) T.

E. Installation of the Cockpit Floor Panels from FR6 thru FR12
F Cockpit Floor Panels ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
   (1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
   (2) Make sure that the adhesive tape (3) and the clip nuts (4) are in position.
   (3) Put the cockpit floor panels (1) in position. Refer to the identification label put during the removal procedure.
   (4) If the cockpit floor panel (1) is not flush with the adjacent cockpit floor panel:
     (a) Remove cockpit floor panel (1).
     (b) Install the elastomer strip ABS5774 on the aircraft structure.
     (c) Put the cockpit floor panel (1) in position. Make sure that the cockpit floor panel (1) is flush with the adjacent cockpit floor panel.
   (5) Apply Non Hardening Jointing Putty-Medium Temp. Area - - (Material No.06LCG9) on the screws (2).
   (6) Install the screws (2) on the cockpit floor panels (1).
   (7) TORQUE the screws (2) to between 2.7 and 2.3 m.N (23.89 and 20.35 lbf.in ) T.
   (8) Make sure that clearance J1 between the adjacent cockpit floor panels is 3 -1 mm or +1 mm (0.12 -0.04 in. or +0.04 in.).

F Cockpit Floor Panels ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
   (1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
   (2) Make sure that the adhesive tape (11) and the clip nuts (12) are in position.
   (3) Apply Polysulfide Sealant-Low Adhesion Fillet Structure (Material No.06AEB2) on the mating surfaces of the cockpit floor panels (6), (7) and (8).
   (4) Install the cockpit floor panels (6):
     (a) Put the cockpit floor panels (6) in position. Refer to the identification label put during the removal procedure.
     (b) If the cockpit floor panel (1) is not flush with the adjacent cockpit floor panel:
       1 Remove cockpit floor panel (1).
       2 Install the elastomer strip ABS5774 on the aircraft structure.
       3 Put the cockpit floor panel (1) in position. Make sure that the cockpit floor panel (1) is flush with the adjacent cockpit floor panel.
     (c) Apply Non Hardening Jointing Putty-Medium Temp. Area - - (Material No.06LCG9) on the screws (5) and (9).
     (d) Install the washers (10) and the screws (5) and (9) on the cockpit floor panels (6).
     (e) TORQUE the screws (5) and (9) to between 2.7 and 2.3 m.N (23.89 and 20.35 lbf.in ) T.
     (f) Make sure that clearance J1 between the floor panel (6) and the adjacent cockpit floor panel is 3 -1 mm or +1 mm (0.12 -0.04 in. or +0.04 in.).
   (5) Install the cockpit floor panels (7):
     (a) Put the cockpit floor panels (7) in position. Refer to the identification label put during the removal procedure.
     (b) Apply Non Hardening Jointing Putty-Medium Temp. Area - - (Material No.
06LCG9) on the screws (5).
     (c) Install the screws (5) on the cockpit floor panels (7).
     (d) TORQUE the screws (5) to between 2.7 and 2.3 m.N (23.89 and 20.35 lbf.in ) T.
   (6) Install the cockpit floor panels (8):
     (a) Put the cockpit floor panels (8) in position. Refer to the identification label put during the removal procedure.
     (b) Apply Non Hardening Jointing Putty-Medium Temp. Area - - (Material No.
06LCG9) on the screws (5).
     (c) Install the screws (5) on the cockpit floor panels (8).
     (d) TORQUE the screws (5) to between 2.7 and 2.3 m.N (23.89 and 20.35 lbf.in ) T.
   (7) Install the plates (1) and (4).
   (8) Install the washers (3) and the screws (2) on the plates (1) and (4).
   (9) Tighten the screws (2).

A. Installation of the Component
   (1) Install the structure of lateral consoles 1VU and 101VU on the left side and 7VU, 700VU and 702VU on the right side.
   (2) Install the sidewall panels on these consoles (

     (a) FOR [101VU] (L SIDE CONSOLE)
     (b) FOR [700VU] (R SIDE CONSOLE)
     (c) FOR [1VU] (L FWD CONSOLE)
     (d) FOR [7VU] (R FWD CONSOLE)
     (e) FOR 702VU (R AFT CONSOLE)
   (3) Install oxygen-mask stowage-boxes 5774HM and 10RN1 on the left side and 10RN2 and 10RN3 on the right side (Ref. AMM TASK 35-12-41-400-001).
   (4) Install the cockpit carpet.
   (5) Install the textile floor covering.
   (6) Install the CAPT(F/O) seat (Ref. AMM TASK 25-11-51-400-001).
   (7) Install the third occupant seat (Ref. AMM TASK 25-11-41-400-001).

A. Installation of the Component
   (1) Install the structure of lateral consoles 1VU and 101VU on the left side and 7VU, 700VU and 702VU on the right side.
   (2) Install the sidewall panels on these consoles (Ref. AMM TASK 25-13-41-400-002):
     (a) FOR [101VU] (L SIDE CONSOLE)
     (b) FOR [700VU] (R SIDE CONSOLE)
     (c) FOR [1VU] (L FWD CONSOLE)
     (d) FOR [7VU] (R FWD CONSOLE)
     (e) FOR 702VU (R AFT CONSOLE)
   (3) Install oxygen-mask stowage-boxes 5774HM and 10RN1 on the left side and 10RN2 and 10RN3 on the right side (Ref. AMM TASK 35-12-41-400-001).
   (4) Install the textile floor covering.
   (5) Install the CAPT(F/O) foot warmer (Ref. AMM TASK 25-15-51-400-001).
   (6) Install the cockpit carpet.
   (7) Install the CAPT(F/O) seat (Ref. AMM TASK 25-11-51-400-001).
   (8) Install the third occupant seat (Ref. AMM TASK 25-11-41-400-001).

B. Close Access
   (1) Remove the ground support and maintenance equipment, the special and standard tools and all other items.
