4. Procedure
Subtask 25-13-41-210-050-A
A. Preparation for Installation
   (1) Clean the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
   (2) Do an inspection of the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
Subtask 25-13-41-420-051-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
B. Installation of Sidewall Panels 211EW 212EW 211FW 212FW 211GW 212GW
   (1) Install the sidewall panels (12) and (13) ( 211EW ( 212EW)) as follows:
     (a) Put and hold the sidewall panels (12) and (13) in position.
     (b) Install the washers (6) and the screws (5).
     (c) Tighten the screws (5).
     (d) Install the waste-bins (7).
     (e) Close the cockpit sliding windows [8DG1] and [8DG2] (Ref. AMM TASK 56-12-11-410-001).
   (2) Install the sidewall panels (11) and (14) ( 211FW ( 212FW)) as follows:
     (a) Connect the hand-microphone plugs, if removed.
       1 Remove the LOCALLY MANUFACTURED - BLANKING CAP from the disconnected hand-microphone plugs.
       2 Connect the hand-microphone plugs behind panel 17VU (16VU) (10) that are installed on the sidewall panels (11) and (14).
     (b) Connect the headset plug, if removed.
       1 Remove the LOCALLY MANUFACTURED - BLANKING CAP from the disconnected headset plug.
       2 Connect the headset to panel 15VU that is installed on the sidewall panel (14).
     (c) Put and hold the sidewall panels (11) and (14) in position.
     (d) Install the washers (8) and the screws (9).
     (e) Tighten the screws (9).
     (f) Lock the fasteners (16).
     (g) Do the operational test of the audio management unit (Ref. AMM TASK 23-51-00-710-001).
   (3) Install the sidewall panels (1) and (4) ( 211GW ( 212GW)) as follows:
     (a) Attach the electrical cable (20) to sidewall panels (1) and (4).
     (b) Install the clamp (17), the washer (18) and the screw (19) on the support (21).
     (c) Tighten the screw (19).
     (d) Put and hold the sidewall panels (1) and (4) in position.
     (e) Install the washers (2) and the screws (3).
     (f) Tighten the screws (3).
     (g) Lock the fasteners (15).
     (h) Close the cockpit sliding windows [8DG1] and [8DG2] (Ref. AMM TASK 56-12-11-410-001).
Subtask 25-13-41-420-051-B ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
B. Installation of Sidewall Panels 211EW 212EW 211FW 212FW 211GW 212GW
   (1) Install the sidewall panels (12) and (13) ( 211EW ( 212EW)).
     (a) Put and hold the sidewall panels (12) and (13) in position.
     (b) Install the washers (6) and the screws (5).
     (c) Tighten the screws (5).
     (d) Install the waste-bins (7).
     (e) Close the cockpit sliding windows [8DG1] and [8DG2] (Ref. AMM TASK 56-12-11-410-001).
   (2) Install the sidewall panels (11) and (14) ( 211FW ( 212FW)).
     (a) Install the power outlet unit on the panel 17VU (16VU) (10) (Ref. AMM TASK 25-18-11-400-801).
     (b) Connect the hand-microphone plugs, if removed.
       1 Remove the LOCALLY MANUFACTURED - BLANKING CAP from the disconnected hand-microphone plugs.
       2 Connect the hand-microphone plugs behind panel 17VU (16VU) that are installed on the sidewall panels (11) and (14).
     (c) Connect the headset plug, if removed.
       1 Remove the LOCALLY MANUFACTURED - BLANKING CAP from the disconnected headset plug.
       2 Connect the headset to panel 15VU that is installed on the sidewall panel (14).
     (d) Put and hold the sidewall panels (11) and (14) in position.
     (e) Install the washers (8) and the screws (9).
     (f) Tighten the screws (9).
     (g) Lock the fasteners (16).
     (h) Do the operational test of the audio management unit (Ref. AMM TASK 23-51-00-710-001).
   (3) Install the sidewall panels (1) and (4) ( 211GW ( 212GW)).
     (a) Attach the electrical cable (20) to sidewall panels (1) and (4).
     (b) Install the clamp (17), the washer (18) and the screw (19) on the support (21).
     (c) Tighten the screw (19).
     (d) Put and hold the sidewall panels (1) and (4) in position.
     (e) Install the washers (2) and the screws (3).
     (f) Tighten the screws (3).
     (g) Lock the fasteners (15).
     (h) Close the cockpit sliding windows [8DG1] and [8DG2] (Ref. AMM TASK 56-12-11-410-001).

C. Installation of Sidewall Panels 211AW 212AW 211BW 212BW
   (1) Install the sidewall panel (6) ( 211AW ( 212AW)):
     (a) Put and hold the sidewall panel (6) in position.
     (b) Install the washers (3) and the screws (4).
     (c) Tighten the screws (4).
     (d) Lock the cap screws (5) to engage the sidewall panel (6) with the structure.
   (2) Install the sidewall panel (7) ( 211BW ( 212BW)):
     (a) Put and hold the sidewall panel (7) in position.
     (b) Make sure that the sidewall panel (7) is in the correct position with the ramp (11).
CAUTION: MAKE SURE THAT YOU INSTALL EACH OF THE SCREWS IN ITS CORRECT POSITION. THE SCREWS HAVE DIFFERENT LENGTHS. IF YOU DO NOT INSTALL EACH OF THE SCREWS IN ITS CORRECT POSITION, YOU CAN CAUSE DAMAGE.
     (c) Install the washer (10) and the screw (9).
     (d) Install the screw (8).
     (e) Install the washer (2) and the screw (1).
     (f) Tighten the screws (1), (8) and (9).

D. Installation of the Sidewall Panel (4) ( 211LW)
   (1) Put the sidewall panel (4) in position.
   (2) Install the washers (2) and the screws (1).
   (3) Tighten the screws (1).
   (4) Lock the fastener (3).

E. Installation of Sidewall Panels 212HW and 212JW
   (1) Install the sidewall panel (5) ( 212HW):
     (a) Put the sidewall panel (5) in position.
     (b) Install the washers (7) and the screws (6).
     (c) Tighten the screws (6).
     (d) Lock the fasteners (4).
   (2) Install the sidewall panel (1) ( 212JW):
     (a) Put the sidewall panel (1) in position.
     (b) Install the washers (3) and the screws (2).
     (c) Tighten the screws (2).

   (1) Put the sidewall panel (1) in position.
   (2) Lock the fasteners (2).
