Subtask 49-31-42-860-058-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
(1) Energize the ground service network
(Ref. AMM TASK 24-42-00-861-001).
(2) On the panel 25VU, make sure that the APU MASTER SW p/bsw is OFF.
(3) Make sure that there is a warning notice in the cockpit to tell persons not to start the APU.
(4) Make sure that the hydraulic systems are depressurized
(Ref. AMM TASK 29-00-00-864-001).
(5) Make sure that the access platform is in position below the APU compartment.
(6) Make sure that the APU access doors are open (Ref. AMM TASK 52-41-00-010-001).
(7) Make sure that the LIGHT control SW 11LJ is set to the ON position.
Subtask 49-31-42-865-062-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Energize the ground service network
(Ref. AMM TASK 24-42-00-861-001).

A. Install the Primary and Secondary fuel manifold assembly.
(1) Install the primary (1) and secondary (2) manifold on the APU.
(2) Connect the manifolds at the fuel nozzles (4) and the fuel flow divider (3).
(3) TORQUE the fittings at the fuel nozzles (4) to between 1.49 and 1.23 m.daN (131.86 and 108.85 lbf.in )

(4) TORQUE the fittings at the fuel flow divider (3) to between 1.738 and 1.422 m.daN (12.82 and 10.49 lbf.ft )

Subtask 49-31-42-420-056-B ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Install the primary (1) and secondary (2) manifold on the APU.
(2) Connect the manifolds at the fuel nozzles (4) and the fuel flow divider (3).
(3) TORQUE the fittings at the fuel nozzles (4) to between 1.49 and 1.23 m.daN (131.86 and 108.85 lbf.in )

. A. Install the Primary and Secondary fuel manifold assembly.
(1) Install the primary (1) and secondary (2) manifold on the APU.
(2) Connect the manifolds at the fuel nozzles (4) and the fuel flow divider (3).
(3) TORQUE the fittings at the fuel nozzles (4) to between 1.49 and 1.23 m.daN (131.86 and 108.85 lbf.in )

(4) TORQUE the fittings at the fuel flow divider (3) to between 1.738 and 1.422 m.daN (12.82 and 10.49 lbf.ft )

(5) Install the clamp (7) on the secondary (2) manifold.
(6) Install the bolt (5) and the nut (6) to attach the clamp (7) with the clamp (8) installed in the oil scavenge tube.
(7) TORQUE the nut (6) to between 38.5 and 31.5 lbf.in (0.44 and 0.36 m.daN )

5. Close-up(1) Install the primary (1) and secondary (2) manifold on the APU.
(2) Connect the manifolds at the fuel nozzles (4) and the fuel flow divider (3).
(3) TORQUE the fittings at the fuel nozzles (4) to between 1.49 and 1.23 m.daN (131.86 and 108.85 lbf.in )
. (4) TORQUE the fittings at the fuel flow divider (3) to between 1.738 and 1.422 m.daN (12.82 and 10.49 lbf.ft )
. (5) Install the clamp (7) on the secondary (2) manifold.
(6) Install the bolt (5) and the nut (6) to attach the clamp (7) with the clamp (8) installed in the oil scavenge tube.

A. Close Access
(1) Set the LIGHT control SW 11LJ to the OFF position.
(2) Close the APU access doors 315AL 316AR.
(3) Remove the access platform(s).
Subtask 49-31-42-865-063-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Set the LIGHT control SW 11LJ to the OFF position.
(2) Close the APU access doors 315AL 316AR.
(3) Remove the access platform(s).
B. Remove the safety clip(s) and the tag(s) and close this(these) circuit breaker(s):

(1) Put the related hydraulic system in the pressurized configuration (Ref. AMM TASK 29-00-00-864-001).
(2) De-energize the ground service network
(Ref. AMM TASK 24-42-00-862-001).
(3) Remove the WARNING NOTICE(S).
