- Remove the Wash Basin if necessary (Ref. AMM TASK 25-45-38-000-802).
D. Get Access
(1) Get Access to the Wash Table Light in the SMART lavatory:
(a) FOR 61LQ*
1 Open the baby nursing table.
2 On the service cabinet above the baby nursing table, in the upper left and right corner, push the service cabinet to disengage and lower it.
4. Procedure(1) Get Access to the Wash Table Light in the SMART lavatory:
(a) FOR 61LQ*

2 On the service cabinet above the baby nursing table, in the upper left and right corner, push the service cabinet to disengage and lower it.
Subtask 33-24-12-020-055-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. Removal of the Wash Table Light in the Spaceflex Lavatory
(1) Remove the screws (7) and the passenger service unit (1).
(3) Put the CAP-BLANKING on each disconnected electrical connector and receptacle.
(4) Cut and discard the TIE WRAPS (3) to release the cable (2).
(5) Pull the wash table light (5) to release it from the clamps (6).
(6) Remove the wash table light (5).
Subtask 33-24-12-020-060-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Remove the screws (7) and the passenger service unit (1).
CAUTION:
MAKE MATCH MARKS ON ALL THE ELECTRICAL WIRES BEFORE YOU DISCONNECT THEM. INCORRECT CONNECTION OF WIRES WILL CAUSE DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT.
CAUTION:
MAKE SURE THAT THE ELECTRICAL CONNECTORS ARE CLEAN BEFORE YOU DISCONNECT OR CONNECT THEM. CONTAMINATION ON THE ELECTRICAL CONNECTORS CAN CAUSE DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT.
(2) Disconnect the electrical connector (4). (3) Put the CAP-BLANKING on each disconnected electrical connector and receptacle.
(4) Cut and discard the TIE WRAPS (3) to release the cable (2).
(5) Pull the wash table light (5) to release it from the clamps (6).
(6) Remove the wash table light (5).
B. Removal of the Wash Table Light in the SMART Lavatory
(1) Remove the screws (9) and the washers (10) from the brackets (11) and remove the terminal block (2) from the lavatory wall.
(3) Put the CAP-BLANKING on each disconnected electrical connector and receptacle.
(4) Cut and discard the TIE WRAPS (3) to release the cable (8).
(5) Push the quick-release fasteners (6) with the PIN - NON METALLIC to disengage them and remove the cover (5).
(6) Pull the wash table light (4) to release it from the clamps (7).
(7) Remove the wash table light (4).
(1) Remove the screws (9) and the washers (10) from the brackets (11) and remove the terminal block (2) from the lavatory wall.
CAUTION:
MAKE MATCH MARKS ON ALL THE ELECTRICAL WIRES BEFORE YOU DISCONNECT THEM. INCORRECT CONNECTION OF WIRES WILL CAUSE DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT.

(2) Disconnect the electrical contacts (1) from the terminal block (2), use the ELEC CONTACTS INSERTION EXTRACTION TOOL M15570-20. (3) Put the CAP-BLANKING on each disconnected electrical connector and receptacle.
(4) Cut and discard the TIE WRAPS (3) to release the cable (8).
(5) Push the quick-release fasteners (6) with the PIN - NON METALLIC to disengage them and remove the cover (5).
(6) Pull the wash table light (4) to release it from the clamps (7).
(7) Remove the wash table light (4).
