Removal of the Roller Tracks

Roller Track of the FWD Cargo CompartmentSubtask 25-52-21-010-050-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. Get Access
(1) Open the forward and/or aft cargo-compartment door (Ref. AMM TASK 52-30-00-860-001).
(2) Put the ACCESS PLATFORM 2M (6 FT) in position at the opening of the forward and/or aft cargo-compartment door(s).
(3) Put the WARNING NOTICE(S) on the applicable control panel of the cargo loading system to tell persons not to use it.
Subtask 25-52-21-010-050-B ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Open the forward and/or aft cargo-compartment door (Ref. AMM TASK 52-30-00-860-001).
(2) Put the ACCESS PLATFORM 2M (6 FT) in position at the opening of the forward and/or aft cargo-compartment door(s).
(3) Put the WARNING NOTICE(S) on the applicable control panel of the cargo loading system to tell persons not to use it.
A. Get Access
(1) Open the forward or aft cargo compartment door (Ref. AMM TASK 52-30-00-860-001).
(2) Put the ACCESS PLATFORM 2M (6 FT) in position at the opening of the forward or aft cargo compartment door.
Subtask 25-52-21-865-061-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Open the forward or aft cargo compartment door (Ref. AMM TASK 52-30-00-860-001).
(2) Put the ACCESS PLATFORM 2M (6 FT) in position at the opening of the forward or aft cargo compartment door.
B. Open, safety and tag this(these) circuit breaker(s):

(1) Remove the XZ-single latches 32 (Ref. AMM TASK 25-52-34-000-001).
(2) Remove the proximity switches (Ref. AMM TASK 25-52-34-000-001).
(3) Remove the power drive units (Ref. AMM TASK 25-52-26-000-001).
(4) Remove the servo mechanism (Ref. AMM TASK 25-52-51-000-001).
(5) Remove the roller assy (Ref. AMM TASK 25-52-24-000-001).
(6) Remove the ball mats and ball strips (Ref. AMM TASK 25-52-22-000-001).
(7) Remove the end stops (Ref. AMM TASK 25-52-53-000-001).
(8) Remove the filter holder and the funnel of the drainage system (Ref. AMM TASK 25-53-00-000-001).
(9) Remove the floor panels (Ref. AMM TASK 53-22-14-000-001) (Ref. AMM TASK 53-42-14-000-001).
Subtask 25-52-21-010-051-D ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Remove the XZ-single latches 32 (Ref. AMM TASK 25-52-34-000-001).
(2) Remove the proximity switches (Ref. AMM TASK 25-52-34-000-001).

(4) Remove the servo mechanism (Ref. AMM TASK 25-52-51-000-001).
(5) Remove the roller assy (Ref. AMM TASK 25-52-24-000-001).
(6) Remove the ball mats and ball strips (Ref. AMM TASK 25-52-22-000-001).
(7) Remove the end stops (Ref. AMM TASK 25-52-53-000-001).
(8) Remove the filter holder and the funnel of the drainage system (Ref. AMM TASK 25-53-00-000-001).
(9) Remove the floor panels (Ref. AMM TASK 53-22-14-000-001) (Ref. AMM TASK 53-42-14-000-001).
C. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
(1) Remove the XZ-single latches 32 (Ref. AMM TASK 25-52-34-000-004).
(2) Remove the roller assy (Ref. AMM TASK 25-52-24-000-001).
(3) Remove the reinforced end stops (Ref. AMM TASK 25-52-53-000-002).
(4) Remove the floor panels (Ref. AMM TASK 53-42-14-000-001).

C. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
(1) Remove the fixed XZ-latch for Additional Center Tank (ACT) (Ref. AMM TASK 25-52-34-000-004).
(2) Remove the roller assembly (Ref. AMM TASK 25-52-24-000-001).
(3) Remove the reinforced end stops (Ref. AMM TASK 25-52-53-000-002).
(4) Remove the floor panels (Ref. AMM TASK 53-22-14-000-001) and (Ref. AMM TASK 53-42-14-000-001).
4. Procedure(1) Remove the fixed XZ-latch for Additional Center Tank (ACT) (Ref. AMM TASK 25-52-34-000-004).
(2) Remove the roller assembly (Ref. AMM TASK 25-52-24-000-001).
(3) Remove the reinforced end stops (Ref. AMM TASK 25-52-53-000-002).
(4) Remove the floor panels (Ref. AMM TASK 53-22-14-000-001) and (Ref. AMM TASK 53-42-14-000-001).

A. Removal of the Roller Track in the FWD Cargo Compartment
(1) Remove the screws (3), and the nuts (7) from the roller tracks (4),(8).
(2) Remove the screws (10) and the nuts (9) from the roller track (8).
(3) Remove the screws (2) and the nuts (5) from the roller track (4).
(4) Lift and remove the roller track (8) from the structure.
(5) Remove the screws (26),(27) and the nuts (31) from the plate (28).
(6) Remove the plate (28) from the roller tracks (4),(29).
(7) Remove the screws (32) from the roller tracks (4),(29).
(8) Remove the screws (1) and the nuts (9) from the roller track (4) at each connection on the cross-beams.
(9) Lift and remove the roller track (4) from the structure.
(10) Remove the bolts (21), the nuts (23) and the washers (22) from the mounting (20) and the fork-end (24).
(11) Remove the screws (40) and the nuts (43) from the plate (41).
(12) Remove the plate (41) from the roller tracks (29),(30).
(13) Remove the screws (44) and the nuts(43) from the fish plates (45).
(14) Remove the fish plates (45) from the roller tracks (29),(30).
(15) Remove the screws (42) and the nuts (43) from the roller tracks (29),(30).
(16) Remove the screws (1) and the nuts (9) from the roller tracks (29),(30) at each connection on the cross-beams.
(17) Lift and remove the roller track (29),(30) from the structure.
Subtask 25-52-21-020-056-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Remove the screws (3), and the nuts (7) from the roller tracks (4),(8).
(2) Remove the screws (10) and the nuts (9) from the roller track (8).
(3) Remove the screws (2) and the nuts (5) from the roller track (4).
(4) Lift and remove the roller track (8) from the structure.
(5) Remove the screws (26),(27) and the nuts (31) from the plate (28).
(6) Remove the plate (28) from the roller tracks (4),(29).
(7) Remove the screws (32) from the roller tracks (4),(29).
(8) Remove the screws (1) and the nuts (9) from the roller track (4) at each connection on the cross-beams.
(9) Lift and remove the roller track (4) from the structure.
(10) Remove the bolts (21), the nuts (23) and the washers (22) from the mounting (20) and the fork-end (24).
(11) Remove the screws (40) and the nuts (43) from the plate (41).
(12) Remove the plate (41) from the roller tracks (29),(30).
(13) Remove the screws (44) and the nuts(43) from the fish plates (45).
(14) Remove the fish plates (45) from the roller tracks (29),(30).
(15) Remove the screws (42) and the nuts (43) from the roller tracks (29),(30).
(16) Remove the screws (1) and the nuts (9) from the roller tracks (29),(30) at each connection on the cross-beams.
(17) Lift and remove the roller track (29),(30) from the structure.
B. Removal of the Roller Track in the Aft Cargo Compartment
(1) Remove the screws (4) and the nuts (5) from the roller tracks (3).
(2) Remove the screws (1) and the nuts (2) from the roller track (3) at each connection on the cross-beams.
(3) Lift and remove the roller track (3).
Subtask 25-52-21-020-056-C ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Remove the screws (4) and the nuts (5) from the roller tracks (3).
(2) Remove the screws (1) and the nuts (2) from the roller track (3) at each connection on the cross-beams.
(3) Lift and remove the roller track (3).
B. Removal of the Roller Track in the AFT Cargo Compartment
(1) Remove the screws (3), and the nuts (7) from the roller tracks (8),(40).
(2) Remove the screws (10) and the nuts (9) from the roller track (8).
(3) Remove the screws (2) and the nuts (5) from the roller track (40).
(4) Lift and remove the roller track (8) from the structure.
(5) Remove the screws (26),(27) and the nuts (31) from the plate (28).
(6) Remove the plates (28) from the related joints of the roller tracks (4),(29) and the roller tracks (29),(40).
(7) Remove the screws (32) from the roller tracks (4),(29),(40).
(8) Remove the screws (30) and the nuts (31) from the fish plates (33).
(9) Remove the fish plates (33) from the roller tracks (4),(29),(40).
(10) Remove the screws (1) and the nuts (9) from the roller tracks (4),(29),(40) at each connection on the cross-beams.
(11) Lift and remove the roller tracks (4),(29),(40) from the structure.
(1) Remove the screws (3), and the nuts (7) from the roller tracks (8),(40).
(2) Remove the screws (10) and the nuts (9) from the roller track (8).
(3) Remove the screws (2) and the nuts (5) from the roller track (40).
(4) Lift and remove the roller track (8) from the structure.
(5) Remove the screws (26),(27) and the nuts (31) from the plate (28).
(6) Remove the plates (28) from the related joints of the roller tracks (4),(29) and the roller tracks (29),(40).
(7) Remove the screws (32) from the roller tracks (4),(29),(40).
(8) Remove the screws (30) and the nuts (31) from the fish plates (33).
(9) Remove the fish plates (33) from the roller tracks (4),(29),(40).
(10) Remove the screws (1) and the nuts (9) from the roller tracks (4),(29),(40) at each connection on the cross-beams.
(11) Lift and remove the roller tracks (4),(29),(40) from the structure.
