A. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
(1) Make sure that the ground service network is energized
(Ref. AMM TASK 24-42-00-861-001).
(2) Make sure that the aircraft electrical circuits are de-energized (Ref. AMM TASK 24-41-00-862-002).

(2) Make sure that the aircraft electrical circuits are de-energized (Ref. AMM TASK 24-41-00-862-002).

A. Preparation for Installation
(1) Clean the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
(2) Make sure that the parts retained from the removed component are clean and in the correct condition.
(3) Do an inspection of the component interfaces and the adjacent area.

B. Installation of the Service Cabinet Door
(1) Put the hinge (9) together with the service cabinet door (1) on the lavatory wall and install the screws (7) and the washers (8).
(2) Put the upper and lower door stops (6) in position on the cabinet door (1) and install the screws (3), the washers (4) and the nuts (5).
(3) Put the dispenser (2) into the service cabinet.
(4) If necessary, adjust the screws (9) until the cabinet door (1) operates correctly.
(5) Close the cabinet door (1).
Subtask 25-45-12-420-052-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Put the hinge (9) together with the service cabinet door (1) on the lavatory wall and install the screws (7) and the washers (8).
(2) Put the upper and lower door stops (6) in position on the cabinet door (1) and install the screws (3), the washers (4) and the nuts (5).
(3) Put the dispenser (2) into the service cabinet.
(4) If necessary, adjust the screws (9) until the cabinet door (1) operates correctly.
(5) Close the cabinet door (1).
C. Installation of the Service Cabinet Door of the Space Flex Lavatory
(1) Install the service cabinet door (1) as follows:
(a) Put the service cabinet door (1) in position and install the pins (8).
(b) Put the door stop (4) in position.
(c) If the spacer (3) and the washers (5) are removed, install them.
(d) Install the washer (6) and the screw (7).
(e) Tighten the screw (7).
(f) Close the service cabinet door (1).
(2) Install the service cabinet door (10) as follows:
(a) Put the service cabinet door (10) in position and install the pins (9).
(b) Close the service cabinet door (10).
(3) Open and close the service cabinet doors (1) and (10) and make sure that the doors lock correctly in the closed position.
5. Close-up(1) Install the service cabinet door (1) as follows:
(a) Put the service cabinet door (1) in position and install the pins (8).
(b) Put the door stop (4) in position.
(c) If the spacer (3) and the washers (5) are removed, install them.
(d) Install the washer (6) and the screw (7).
(e) Tighten the screw (7).
(f) Close the service cabinet door (1).
(2) Install the service cabinet door (10) as follows:
(a) Put the service cabinet door (10) in position and install the pins (9).
(b) Close the service cabinet door (10).
(3) Open and close the service cabinet doors (1) and (10) and make sure that the doors lock correctly in the closed position.
