A. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
Make sure that the ground service network is energized
(Ref. AMM TASK 24-42-00-861-001)
(1) At the related galley on the Galley Control Panel:
(a) Open, safety and tag the related circuit breaker(s) of the hot-plate.

A. Preparation for Installation
(1) Clean the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
(2) Do an inspection of the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
(3) Make sure that the parts retained from the removed component are clean and in the correct condition.

B. Installation of the Hot-Plate
(2) Make sure that all the electrical connections are clean and in the correct condition.
(3) Put the runners (3) into the sliders (2) and push the hot-plate (7) into the installed position.
(4) Install the electrical connector (1).
(5) Carefully install the hot-plate (7) fully into the galley and make sure that it moves easily.
(6) Install the panel (4) and the screws (5).
(7) Unless specified TORQUE the screws (Ref. AMM TASK 20-21-11-911-001).
Subtask 25-35-36-860-055-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL WARNING:
DO NOT TOUCH THE UNIT UNTIL IT IS SUFFICIENTLY COOL TO PREVENT BURNS WHEN YOU DO THE MAINTENANCE TASK(S).
(1) Remove the CAP-BLANKING from each electrical connector and receptacle.(2) Make sure that all the electrical connections are clean and in the correct condition.
(3) Put the runners (3) into the sliders (2) and push the hot-plate (7) into the installed position.
(4) Install the electrical connector (1).
(5) Carefully install the hot-plate (7) fully into the galley and make sure that it moves easily.
(6) Install the panel (4) and the screws (5).
(7) Unless specified TORQUE the screws (Ref. AMM TASK 20-21-11-911-001).
C. At the related galley on the Galley Control Panel:
(1) Remove the safety clip(s) and the tag(s) and close the related circuit breaker(s) of the hot-plate.
