A. Removal of the Pax Call Switch-Card
(1) Remove the Passenger Service Unit (PSU) (1). (Ref. AMM TASK 23-73-45-000-001)
(2) Pull out the two locking tabs (3) at the sides of the drip water cover (2).
(3) Lift and remove the drip water cover (2).
(4) Press the release point (7) and pull the connector (6) from the card socket (10) to disconnect the connector.
(5) Cut out a piece of the pax call switch-card (4) with two cuts (8 and 9) in direction of the hole (5). Use the hole (5) next to the loudspeaker on the PSU.
(6) Make sure that the plastic catches have sufficient space to release the pax call switch-card (4).
(7) Carefully lift and remove the pax call switch-card (4) from the PSU (1) through both holes (5) and the cut gap.
(8) Repeat steps 4 thru 7 for each pax call switch-card (4).
(9) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.

(3) Lift and remove the drip water cover (2).
(4) Press the release point (7) and pull the connector (6) from the card socket (10) to disconnect the connector.
(5) Cut out a piece of the pax call switch-card (4) with two cuts (8 and 9) in direction of the hole (5). Use the hole (5) next to the loudspeaker on the PSU.
(6) Make sure that the plastic catches have sufficient space to release the pax call switch-card (4).
(7) Carefully lift and remove the pax call switch-card (4) from the PSU (1) through both holes (5) and the cut gap.
(8) Repeat steps 4 thru 7 for each pax call switch-card (4).
(9) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
NOTE: Put the drip water cover (2) back to its original position, if you do not install a new switch-card immediately.
