B. Cleaning
(1) Before you install the label, remove the grease and clean the surface with Non Aqueous Cleaner-General - - (Material No.08BAA9) .
(2) Fully dry the surface.
4. Procedure(1) Before you install the label, remove the grease and clean the surface with Non Aqueous Cleaner-General - - (Material No.08BAA9) .
(2) Fully dry the surface.
Subtask 11-00-00-915-069-A
A. Label Installation
(1) Apply a layer of Acrylic Adhesive-Non Structural Two Parts - (Material No.05DMD2) to the surfaces (refer to the Vendor's instructions).
(2) Install the label and apply a light pressure during approximately 20 minutes with the CLAMP - SPRING LOADED.
(3) Remove the unwanted adhesive with a SCRAPER - NON METALLIC.
(4) Let the adhesive dry during 30 minutes.
5. Close-up(1) Apply a layer of Acrylic Adhesive-Non Structural Two Parts - (Material No.05DMD2) to the surfaces (refer to the Vendor's instructions).
(2) Install the label and apply a light pressure during approximately 20 minutes with the CLAMP - SPRING LOADED.
(3) Remove the unwanted adhesive with a SCRAPER - NON METALLIC.
(4) Let the adhesive dry during 30 minutes.
NOTE: The label is fully bonded after 3 hours.
(5) Apply a layer of Coating_- Flexible Structure (Material No.04QAB2) . Subtask 11-00-00-410-050-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. Close Access
(1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
(2) Install the flap track fairing No. 3 (Ref. AMM TASK 57-55-11-400-001).
