Removal of the Main Oil Pressure (MOP) Sensor

CAUTION:
DO NOT LET FUEL OR OIL FALL ON THE ENGINE. YOU MUST IMMEDIATELY REMOVE UNWANTED FUEL OR OIL WITH A CLOTH. THE FUEL OR OIL CAN CAUSE DAMAGE TO SOME ENGINE PARTS.

C. Deactivation of the Thrust Reverser for Maintenance

YOU MUST DEACTIVATE THE THRUST REVERSER BEFORE YOU DO WORK ON OR AROUND IT. IF YOU DO NOT, THE THRUST REVERSER CAN OPERATE ACCIDENTALLY AND CAUSE AN INJURY AND/OR DAMAGE.
(1) Do the deactivation of the thrust reverser system for maintenance (Ref. AMM TASK 78-30-00-040-805). D. Get Access
(1) Open the left thrust-reverser cowl-door (Ref. AMM TASK 78-36-00-010-802):

4. Procedure(1) Open the left thrust-reverser cowl-door (Ref. AMM TASK 78-36-00-010-802):

A. Removal of the Main Oil Pressure (MOP) Sensor
(2) Put the CONTAINER 20L (5 USGAL) under the sensor (1).
(3) Remove the MOP sensor (1) as follows:
(a) Disconnect the WC10 core harness (4011KS) connector P38 from the sensor (1) with the PLIERS - JAWED, SOFT.
(b) Put a lint-free cotton cloth (Material No.P05-005) below the sensor (1) to absorb any remaining oil.
(c) Loosen the two bolts (2).
(d) Turn the sensor (1) to disengage the two bolts (2).
(e) Remove the sensor (1) from the oil manifold.
(f) Discard the packing (3).
(4) Installation of the protection covers.
CAUTION:
WIPE CLEAN ALL PARTS AND TOOLS AS NECESSARY TO REMOVE UNWANTED DEBRIS AND PREVENT DAMAGE TO THE ENGINE.
(1) Find the MOP sensor (1) attached to the front of the oil control manifold to the left of the main gearbox at the 9 o'clock position. (2) Put the CONTAINER 20L (5 USGAL) under the sensor (1).
(3) Remove the MOP sensor (1) as follows:
(a) Disconnect the WC10 core harness (4011KS) connector P38 from the sensor (1) with the PLIERS - JAWED, SOFT.
(b) Put a lint-free cotton cloth (Material No.P05-005) below the sensor (1) to absorb any remaining oil.
(c) Loosen the two bolts (2).
(d) Turn the sensor (1) to disengage the two bolts (2).
(e) Remove the sensor (1) from the oil manifold.
(f) Discard the packing (3).
(4) Installation of the protection covers.
CAUTION:
INSTALL PROTECTION COVERS ON ALL THE OPENINGS IMMEDIATELY TO PREVENT DAMAGE TO THE ENGINE.
(a) Make sure that you install COVER - PROTECTION as necessary to prevent damage to the engine
