A. Open the Thrust Reverser Cowl-Doors - Hand Pump Method (Ref. AMM TASK 78-36-00-010-802)

NOTE: If the hold open rod and/or fan case bracket are missing or damaged on the left thrust reverser door, you can use the LH hold open strut 636-3000-10GSE TR HOLD OPEN STRUT TO PYLON as an alternative to the hold open rods.

NOTE: If the hold open rod and/or fan case bracket are missing or damaged on the right thrust reverser door, you can use the RH hold open strut 636-3000-10GSE TR HOLD OPEN STRUT TO PYLON as an alternative to the hold open rods.

4. Procedure
Subtask 78-36-00-000-052-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL

A. Remove the applicable thrust reverser hold open rod bracket (Ref. AMM TASK 78-36-04-000-801)

5. Close-up
Subtask 78-36-00-410-109-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL

A. Do as Follows:
(1) Close the Thrust Reverser Cowl-Doors - Hand Pump Method (Ref. AMM TASK 78-36-00-410-802)

NOTE: remove the LH and/or RH hold open strut 636-3000-10GSE TR HOLD OPEN STRUT TO PYLON as necessary (Ref. AMM TASK 78-36-00-410-802)

(2) Make an applicable entry in the log book.
