NOTE: If the hold open rod is missing or damaged on the left thrust reverser door, you can use the LH hold open strut 636-3000-10GSE TR HOLD OPEN STRUT TO PYLON as an alternative to the hold open rods.

NOTE: If the hold open rod is missing or damaged on the right thrust reverser door, you can use the RH hold open strut 636-3000-10GSE TR HOLD OPEN STRUT TO PYLON as an alternative to the hold open rods.

4. Procedure

A. Remove the applicable hold open rod (Ref. AMM TASK 78-36-04-000-801)

5. Close-up

A. Close the Thrust Reverser Cowl-Doors - Hand Pump Method (Ref. AMM TASK 78-36-00-410-802)

NOTE: Remove the LH and/or RH hold open strut 636-3000-10GSE TR HOLD OPEN STRUT TO PYLON as necessary (Ref. AMM TASK 78-36-00-410-802)
