A. Safety Precautions
(1) On the center pedestal, on the ENG panel 115VU:
(a) Put a WARNING NOTICE(S) to tell persons not to start the engine.
(2) Make sure that the engine 1(2) shutdown occurred not less than 5 minutes before you do this procedure.
(3) On the overhead maintenance panel 50VU:
(a) Make sure that the ON legend of the ENG/FADEC GND PWR/1(2) pushbutton switch is off.
(b) Put a WARNING NOTICE(S) to tell persons not to energize the FADEC 1(2).
Subtask 72-41-23-010-050-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) On the center pedestal, on the ENG panel 115VU:

D. Install the Helicoil Insert(s)
(a) Use AGS3732 insert, 02-432, 90 off and/or AGS3733 insert, 02-433, 20 off, as necessary and Standard Workshop Equipment.
Subtask 72-41-23-350-062-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL NOTE: Make sure the proper insert goes in the correct location for that insert type. Helicoil inserts are not interchangeable with thinwall inserts used on applicable case part number.
(1) Install the helicoil insert(s) (Ref. AMM TASK 70-35-08-300-010). (a) Use AGS3732 insert, 02-432, 90 off and/or AGS3733 insert, 02-433, 20 off, as necessary and Standard Workshop Equipment.
E. Install the Thinwall Insert(s)
(a) Use AS52761 insert, 02-432, 80 off and/or AS52762 insert, 02-433, 20 off, as necessary and Standard Workshop Equipment.
Subtask 72-41-23-350-063-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL NOTE: Make sure the proper insert goes in the correct location for that insert type. Helicoil inserts are not interchangeable with thinwall inserts used on applicable case part number.
(1) Install the thinwall insert(s) (Ref. AMM TASK 70-35-26-300-010). (a) Use AS52761 insert, 02-432, 80 off and/or AS52762 insert, 02-433, 20 off, as necessary and Standard Workshop Equipment.
F. Install the Thinwall Insert(s)
(a) Use AS52761 insert, 02-432, 132 off and/or AS52762 insert, 02-433, 20 off, as necessary and Standard Workshop Equipment.
