A. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
(1) Make sure that the access platform is in position.
(2) Make sure that the WARNING NOTICE(S) is(are) in position.
(3) Make sure that the thrust reversers are unserviceable (Ref. AMM TASK 78-30-00-481-041).
(4) Make sure that the access panels are removed:
(a) For the left pylon: 413DL, 413CL and 414CR
(b) For the right pylon: 423DL, 423CL and 424CR.

A. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
(1) Make sure that the access platform is in position.
(2) Make sure that the WARNING NOTICE(S) is(are) in position.
(3) Make sure that the thrust reversers are unserviceable (Ref. AMM TASK 78-30-00-481-041).
(4) Make sure that the access panels are removed:
(a) For the left pylon: 413CL, 413DT and 413CR
(b) For the right pylon: 423CL, 423DT and 423CR.

(4) Make sure that the access panels are removed:
(a) For the left pylon: 413CL, 413DT and 413CR
(b) For the right pylon: 423CL, 423DT and 423CR.

4. Procedure
Subtask 54-52-00-440-052-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL

A. Reactivation of the Pressure Relief Doors

Pressure Relief Doors ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL

NOTE: The reactivation of each pressure relief door is symmetrical.

(1) Install the pressure relief door (1) or (2).
(2) Install the shims (20) and (19).
(3) Install the washers (18) and (16), the bolt (17) and the nut (21). Tighten the nut.
(4) Install the shims (4), (3), (15) and (14).
(5) Install the washer (13), the bolt (12) and the nut (5). Tighten the nut.
(6) Install the shims (8) and (7), the pin (10) and the washers (6).
(7) Install new AIPC 54-52-11-02-060 COTTER PINS (9) and safety them.
(8) Install the spring (11).

B. Test
(1) Open and close the pressure relief doors to make sure that they are installed correctly.

A. Close Access
(1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
(2) Install the access panels:
(a) For the left pylon: 413DL 413CL and 414CR
(b) For the right pylon: 423DL 423CL and 424CR.
(3) Remove the access platform(s).
(4) Remove the WARNING NOTICE(S).

Subtask 54-52-00-410-051-C ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL

A. Close Access
(1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
(2) Install the access panels:
(a) For the left pylon: 413CL 413DT and 413CR
(b) For the right pylon: 423CL 423DT and 423CR.
(3) Remove the access platform(s).
(4) Remove the WARNING NOTICE(S).
