3. Job Set-up
Subtask 49-61-53-860-054-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL

A. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
(1) On the panel 25VU, make sure that the APU MASTER SW pushbutton switch is off.
(2) Make sure there is a warning notice in the cockpit to tell persons not to start the APU.
(3) Make sure that the access platform is below the AFT cargo-compartment door 826.
(4) Make sure that the AFT cargo-compartment door 826 is open.
(5) Make sure that the ECB (59KD) is removed (Ref. AMM TASK 49-61-34-000-002).

4. Procedure
Subtask 49-61-53-420-052-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL

A. Installation of the ECB Mount
(1) Install the ECB mount (12) to the aircraft structure with the bolts (10) and the washers (11).

NOTE: The ECB installation points forward in those aircraft that do not have the optional BULK cargo door. Aircraft with the optional BULK cargo door, have the ECB installation pointed rearwards.

(2) Install the ECB rack (5) to the mount (12) with the countersunk screws (9).
(3) Connect the bonding jumper (8) to the ECB mount (12) with the washer (7) and the bolt (6).
(4) Install the electrical socket assembly (4) to the ECB rack (5) with the bolts (1) the washers (3) and the nuts (2).

5. Close-up
Subtask 49-61-53-410-051-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL

A. Put the system back to the serviceable condition.
(1) Install the ECB (59KD) (Ref. AMM TASK 49-61-34-400-002).
