B. Get Access

WARNING: BEFORE YOU START WORK, YOU MUST PUT ON A SAFETY HARNESS AND ATTACH IT TO THE ACCESS PLATFORM. WITHOUT A SAFETY HARNESS, YOU CAN FALL. THIS CAN KILL YOU OR CAUSE YOU INJURY.

(1) Put on and attach a safety harness before you start work in the work area
(2) Put an ACCESS PLATFORM 4M (13 FT)-ADJUSTABLE below access door 314AR.
(3) Open access door 314AR and safety it in the open position.
(Ref. AMM TASK 52-41-23-010-801).
(4) If necessary, use a FLASHLIGHT.
(5) Remove the catwalk panel (Ref. AMM TASK 49-16-43-000-005).

4. Procedure
Subtask 49-16-00-440-050-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL

A. Connection of the Electrical Connectors
(1) Disconnect the temporary connector from the electrical connector 7527VC-A.
(2) Remove and discard the TIE WRAP which holds the electrical connector 7527VC-A to the service frame.
(3) Remove the CAP - BLANKING from the electrical connector 7527VC.
(4) Make sure that all the electrical connections are clean and in the correct condition.
(5) Connect the electrical connector 7527VC-A to the connector 7527VC.

B. Remove the safety clip(s) and the tag(s) and close this(these) circuit breaker(s):

C. Reactivation of the Air Intake Flap
(1) Do the trouble shooting procedure for the air intake flap-actuator 4015KM (Ref.TSM 49).
(2) Do the inspection of the air intake system (Ref. AMM TASK 49-16-00-210-002).
(3) Make an entry in the logbook to show that the air intake flap is reactivated.

5. Close-up
Subtask 49-16-00-860-067-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL

A. Close Access
(1) Install the catwalk panel (Ref. AMM TASK 49-16-43-400-005).
(2) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
(3) Close access door 314AR (Ref. AMM TASK 52-41-23-410-801).
(4) Remove the access platform(s).
