(1) On right center instrument-panel 400VU:

- Put the WARNING NOTICE(S) in position to tell persons not to operate the landing gear control-lever.

C. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
(1) On panel 110VU :

- Make sure that the PARK BRK control switch is set to ON.
- Make sure that the brake pressure indication on the Yellow brake-pressure triple indicator is correct.
- If necessary, pressurize the brake accumulator with the Yellow pump (Ref. AMM TASK 29-24-00-863-001).
Subtask 32-41-00-040-052-C ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. Deactivation of the Main Wheel Hubcap
(1) Do the deactivation of the applicable main wheel brake (Ref. AMM TASK 32-42-00-040-003).
(2) Loosen the nut (3) of the clamp screw (4).
(3) Remove the clamp (5).
(4) Remove the hubcap (7) from the wheel axle (1).
5. Close-up(1) Do the deactivation of the applicable main wheel brake (Ref. AMM TASK 32-42-00-040-003).
(2) Loosen the nut (3) of the clamp screw (4).
(3) Remove the clamp (5).
(4) Remove the hubcap (7) from the wheel axle (1).
NOTE: You must remove the hubcap (7) along the centerline of the wheel axle (1) to prevent damage to the tachometer drive shaft (2).
(5) Remove the applicable MLG tachometer drive shaft (Ref. AMM TASK 32-42-68-000-003). Subtask 32-41-00-865-061-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. Remove the safety clip(s) and the tag(s) and close this(these) circuit breaker(s):

B. Removal of Equipment
(1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
(2) Remove the WARNING NOTICE(S).
(3) Make an entry in the logbook.
(4) Remove the ground support and maintenance equipment, the special and standard tools and all other items.
