Subtask 32-42-68-941-050-A

A. Safety Precautions
(1) As necessary, use the applicable SAFETY BARRIERS, specified by the operator's instructions and your local regulations.
(2) Make sure that the ground safety locks are on the landing gear (Ref. AMM TASK 32-00-00-481-001).
(3) On the panel 400VU:

make sure that the landing-gear control-lever 6GA is in the DOWN position
put a WARNING NOTICE(S) in position to tell persons not to operate the landing gear.

4. Procedure
Subtask 32-42-68-020-050-A

A. Removal of the MLG Tachometer-Drive
(1) Remove the applicable tachometer (Ref. AMM TASK 32-42-57-000-001):
(a) FOR [2678GM] (DRIVE ASSY-TACHOMETER,WHEEL 4)
remove 22GG.
(b) FOR [2679GM] (DRIVE ASSY-TACHOMETER,WHEEL 3)
remove 20GG.
(c) FOR [2680GM] (DRIVE ASSY-TACHOMETER,WHEEL 2)
remove 21GG.
(d) FOR [2681GM] (DRIVE ASSY-TACHOMETER,WHEEL 1)
remove 19GG.

NOTE: When you remove the tachometers you will remove the tachometer drives.
