Subtask 32-11-00-941-090-A
A. Safety Precautions
(1) As necessary, use the applicable SAFETY BARRIERS, specified by the operator's instructions and your local regulations.
(2) Make sure that the ground safety locks are on the landing gears (Ref. AMM TASK 32-00-00-481-001).
(3) On panel 400VU:
(5) Make sure that the Green Hydraulic system is depressurized (Ref. AMM TASK 29-10-00-864-001).
Subtask 32-11-00-010-082-A (1) As necessary, use the applicable SAFETY BARRIERS, specified by the operator's instructions and your local regulations.
(2) Make sure that the ground safety locks are on the landing gears (Ref. AMM TASK 32-00-00-481-001).
(3) On panel 400VU:
- make sure that the landing-gear control-lever 6GA is in the DOWN position
- put a WARNING NOTICE(S) in position to tell persons not to operate the landing gear.
(5) Make sure that the Green Hydraulic system is depressurized (Ref. AMM TASK 29-10-00-864-001).
B. Get Access
(1) Open the landing gear doors (Ref. AMM TASK 32-12-00-010-001).
(2) Install the safety devices on the landing gear doors (Ref. AMM TASK 32-00-00-481-002).
(3) Put an ACCESS PLATFORM 3M (10 FT) below the applicable zone(s) 734(744).
Subtask 32-11-00-160-052-A (1) Open the landing gear doors (Ref. AMM TASK 32-12-00-010-001).
(2) Install the safety devices on the landing gear doors (Ref. AMM TASK 32-00-00-481-002).
(3) Put an ACCESS PLATFORM 3M (10 FT) below the applicable zone(s) 734(744).
C. Clean the Inspection Area
(1) Use a clean lint-free cotton cloth Textile-Lint free Cotton - (Material No.14SBA1) made moist with Non Aqueous Cleaner-General - - (Material No.08BAA9) to clean the areas of inspection.

Detailed Inspection of the Main Landing Gear, Upper and Lower Sidestay, Upper and Lower Cardans and Nuts, Upper and Lower Lock-Links, Lockstay Cardan, Cuff, Triangulation Link, Banana Links, Upper and Lower Cardan-Pins, Sidestay Pivot Pin, Upper Pin (Springs), Lockstay Cardan-Pin, Upper and Lower Lock-Link Pins, Lock-Link Center Pin, Triangulation Link Pins, Lock-Link/Banana Link Pin, Cuff Pins and Lower (Springs) Pin - External Surfaces except where covered by Dressings, Bush Flanges and Fittings
(1) Do the steps that follow:
(a) Make sure that all the components are correctly installed, safetied and there are no signs of wear.
(b) Make sure that all safety devices, cotter pins, tab washers and lockwire are correctly installed and serviceable.
(c) Examine all lubrication points to make sure that they are serviceable and clean.
(d) Examine the protective finish on all components for damage. If the finish or primer layers are damaged, do a repair (Ref. AMM TASK 32-11-00-300-001).
(2) Apply step (1) to the components that follow:
(a) The lockstay cardan:
(d) The lower sidestay:

5. Close-up(1) Do the steps that follow:

- The triangulation link pin
- The triangulation link (for the springs)
- The cuff
- The cuff pins.

A. Close Access
(1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
(2) Remove the safety devices from the landing gear doors (Ref. AMM TASK 32-00-00-081-002).
(3) Remove the access platform(s).
(4) Close the landing gear doors (Ref. AMM TASK 32-12-00-410-001).
Subtask 32-11-00-942-091-A (1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
(2) Remove the safety devices from the landing gear doors (Ref. AMM TASK 32-00-00-081-002).
(3) Remove the access platform(s).
(4) Close the landing gear doors (Ref. AMM TASK 32-12-00-410-001).
B. Removal of Equipment
(1) Remove the SAFETY BARRIER(S).
(2) Remove the WARNING NOTICE(S).
(3) Remove the ground support and maintenance equipment, the special and standard tools and all other items.
