A. Set the GMT/DATE
NOTE: The actions and the results of this procedure occur on the MCDU used.
ACTION
RESULT
1.Adjust the brightness of the MCDU screen:
The MCDU is on.
2.Push the MCDU MENU mode key.
The MCDU MENU page comes into view.
3.Push the line key adjacent to the CFDS indication.
The CFDS menu page comes into view.
4.Push the NEXT PAGE function key.

5.Push the line key adjacent to the GMT/DATE INIT indication.
The GMT/DATE INIT page comes into view.
6.Type the hours and minutes with the alphanumeric keys.
The hours and minutes are shown in the MCDU scratchpad.
7.Push the line key adjacent to the INIT GMT indication.
After data consistency check, the GMT is shown below the INIT GMT indication.
8.Type the month and day with the alphanumeric keys.
The month and day are shown in the MCDU scratchpad.
9.Push the line key adjacent to the MONTH/DAY indication.
After data consistency check, the month/day are shown below the MONTH/DAY indication.
