B. Safety Precautions
(1) On the center pedestal, on the ENG panel 115VU:
(a) Put a WARNING NOTICE(S) in position to tell persons not to start the engine.
(2) Make sure that the engine 1(2) shutdown occurred not less than 5 minutes before you do this procedure.
(3) On the ENG section of the maintenance panel 50VU:
(a) Make sure that the ON legend of the FADEC GND PWR/1(2) pushbutton switch is off.
(b) Put a WARNING NOTICE(S) in position to tell persons not to energize the FADEC 1(2).

A. Do a visual inspection of the anti-ice valve seal
(1) Examine the seal for signs of oxidation or loose carbon pieces.
(2) Examine the seal for marks or any unwanted material, caused from contact with other parts.

B. Clean the anti-ice valve seal
V01-076 Methyl Ethyl Ketone, Technical grade , to clean the seal.
(2) Dry the seal with a clean piece of lint-free cloth.
Subtask 30-21-51-210-059-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL WARNING:
BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU USE CONSUMABLE MATERIALS. OBEY THE MATERIAL MANUFACTURER'S INSTRUCTIONS AND YOUR LOCAL REGULATIONS.
(1) If necessary, use a clean Textile-Lint free Cotton - (Material No.14SBA1) , made moist with (2) Dry the seal with a clean piece of lint-free cloth.
C. Examine the anti-ice valve seal
(1) Examine the edges of the seal for cracks, dents, pitting and scratches.
(2) If the seal is damaged or any marks or unwanted materials cannot be removed, replace the seal.
5. Close-up(1) Examine the edges of the seal for cracks, dents, pitting and scratches.
(2) If the seal is damaged or any marks or unwanted materials cannot be removed, replace the seal.

B. Close Access
