3. Job Set-up
Subtask 29-11-63-860-050-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
   (1) Obey the hydraulic safety procedures (Ref. AMM TASK 29-00-00-910-002).
   (2) Remove the access panel 197BB.
   (3) Put the ACCESS PLATFORM 2M (6 FT) - ADJUSTABLE in position below the ground service panel of the Green hydraulic system.
   (4) Put the WARNING NOTICE(S) in position to tell persons not to pressurize the hydraulic systems:
  • In the cockpit on the hydraulic section 40VU of the overhead panel.
   (5) Make sure that the Green hydraulic system is depressurized and put it in the maintenance configuration.
(Ref. AMM TASK 29-00-00-864-001).
   (6) Depressurize the reservoir of the Green hydraulic system
(Ref. AMM TASK 29-14-00-614-001).
   (7) Put the CONTAINER 5 L (1.32 USGAL) below the hydraulic connections of the ground connectors to collect the hydraulic fluid.

A. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
   (1) Obey the hydraulic safety procedures (Ref. AMM TASK 29-00-00-910-002).
   (2) Remove the access panel 197KB.
   (3) Put the ACCESS PLATFORM 2M (6 FT) - ADJUSTABLE in position below the ground service panel of the Green hydraulic system.
   (4) Put the WARNING NOTICE(S) in position to tell persons not to pressurize the hydraulic systems:
  • In the cockpit on the hydraulic section 40VU of the overhead panel.
   (5) Make sure that the Green hydraulic system is depressurized and put it in the maintenance configuration.
(Ref. AMM TASK 29-00-00-864-001).
   (6) Depressurize the reservoir of the Green hydraulic system
(Ref. AMM TASK 29-14-00-614-001).
   (7) Put the CONTAINER 5 L (1.32 USGAL) below the hydraulic connections of the ground connectors to collect the hydraulic fluid.
4. Procedure
Subtask 29-11-63-020-050-A
A. Removal of the Self-Sealing Ground Connectors
   (1) Disconnect the end-fittings (1) and (8) from the ground connectors (5) and (10).
   (2) Put a PLUG - BLANKING on the disconnected end-fittings (1) and (8) and the ground connectors (5) and (10).
   (3) Remove the nuts (2) and the bolts (7).
   (4) Remove the mounting flanges (4) and (9) with the ground connectors (5) and (10) from the ground service panel (3).
