Subtask 25-80-00-010-051-A
A. Get Access
(1) Put the ACCESS PLATFORM 2M (6 FT) in position, as applicable.
(2) Open the forward cargo-compartment door and/or the aft cargo-compartment door and install the actuator safety lock(s) (Ref. AMM TASK 52-30-00-860-001).
(3) Open the avionics compartment door (Ref. AMM TASK 52-41-00-010-002).
(4) Remove the applicable equipment, lining(s) and sidewall panel(s).
4. Procedure(1) Put the ACCESS PLATFORM 2M (6 FT) in position, as applicable.
(2) Open the forward cargo-compartment door and/or the aft cargo-compartment door and install the actuator safety lock(s) (Ref. AMM TASK 52-30-00-860-001).
(3) Open the avionics compartment door (Ref. AMM TASK 52-41-00-010-002).
(4) Remove the applicable equipment, lining(s) and sidewall panel(s).
Subtask 25-80-00-210-051-B ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. Inspection of the Insulation Blankets
(1) Make sure that the insulation blankets are clean, dry and not damaged.
(2) Make sure that the VELCRO strips on the attachment fittings are installed correctly.
(3) Make sure that the attachment studs are in the correct condition.
(4) Make sure that the clearance between the attachment studs and the adjacent electrical harness is a minimum of 10.0 mm (0.3937 in.).
(5) If the clearance is less than 10.0 mm (0.3937 in.), cut the studs to the correct length.
(6) Make sure that the insulation blankets are in the correct condition.
Subtask 25-80-00-210-051-C ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Make sure that the insulation blankets are clean, dry and not damaged.

(1) Make sure that the insulation blankets are clean, dry and not damaged.

(a) Do not do the subsequent step below the stringer 19 level.
(b) If the clearance is less than 10.0 mm (0.3937 in.), cut the studs to the correct length.
(6) Make sure that the insulation blankets are in the correct condition.
5. Close-up(1) Make sure that the insulation blankets are clean, dry and not damaged.
(2) Make sure that the VELCRO strips on the attachment fittings are installed correctly.
(3) Make sure that the attachment studs are in the correct condition.
(4) Make sure that the clearance between the attachment studs and the adjacent electrical harness is a minimum of 10.0 mm (0.3937 in.).
(5) Adjust the clearance between the studs and the adjacent electrical harness:
(a) Do not do the subsequent step below the stringer 19 level.
(b) If the clearance is less than 10.0 mm (0.3937 in.), cut the studs to the correct length.
(6) Make sure that the insulation blankets are in the correct condition.
Subtask 25-80-00-410-051-A
A. Close Access
(1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
(2) Install the applicable equipment, lining(s) and sidewall panel(s).
(3) Close the avionics compartment door (Ref. AMM TASK 52-41-00-410-002).
(4) Remove the actuator safety lock(s) and close the forward cargo-compartment door and/or the aft cargo-compartment door (Ref. AMM TASK 52-30-00-860-002).
(5) Remove the access platform(s).
(1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
(2) Install the applicable equipment, lining(s) and sidewall panel(s).
(3) Close the avionics compartment door (Ref. AMM TASK 52-41-00-410-002).
(4) Remove the actuator safety lock(s) and close the forward cargo-compartment door and/or the aft cargo-compartment door (Ref. AMM TASK 52-30-00-860-002).
(5) Remove the access platform(s).
