(1) Remove the toilet shroud (Ref. AMM TASK 25-45-22-000-001).

B. Installation of a Spacer on the Toilet Shroud

Spacer - Toilet Shroud

WARNING: BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU USE CONSUMABLE MATERIALS. OBEY THE MATERIAL MANUFACTURER'S INSTRUCTIONS AND YOUR LOCAL REGULATIONS.

(1) Use a CLOTH-EMERY (GRADE 320 - 400) to remove old bonding material from the toilet shroud (1) and the spacer (2).
(2) Use the Non Aqueous Cleaner-- Isopropyl Alcohol - (Material No.08BBD1) and a lint-free cotton cloth Textile-Lint free Cotton - (Material No.14SBA1) to clean the surfaces on the toilet shroud (1) and the spacer (2) to be bonded.
(3) Apply the Epoxy Adhesive-Metal to metal - Legacy (Material No.05EJL9) to the surfaces on the spacer (2) to be bonded.
(4) Put the spacer (2) in position on the toilet shroud (1).

NOTE: The bond between the joints will take approximately 2 hours to dry.

(5) Use the Non Aqueous Cleaner-- Isopropyl Alcohol - (Material No.08BBD1) and a lint-free cotton cloth Textile-Lint free Cotton - (Material No.14SBA1) to remove unwanted bonding material.

(2) Remove the ground support and maintenance equipment, the special and standard tools and all other items.
