A. (1) Put the STEPLADDER 1.0 M (3.3 FT) below the applicable OHSC to get access to the upper side of the OHSC.
(2) Open the related stowage compartment door.
(3) Carefully remove the top panel edge-protection (1) and the adhesive with the SPATULA - METALLIC.
(4) Remove the remaining adhesive from the top panel edge-protection (1) with the ABRASIVE PAPER -120 GRIT.
(5) Clean the work area with Non Aqueous Cleaner-- Isopropyl Alcohol - (Material No.08BBD1) and a Textile-Lint free Cotton - (Material No.14SBA1) .
(6) Let the cleaned area dry for 15 minutes.
(7) Apply Silicone Adhesive Sealant-General Purpose One part legacy (Material No.06CMD9) on the top panel edge-protection (1).
(8) Install the top panel edge-protection (1).
(9) If necessary, remove the unwanted adhesive with the Textile-Lint free Cotton - (Material No.14SBA1) made moist with Non Aqueous Cleaner-- Isopropyl Alcohol - (Material No.08BBD1) .
(11) Close the related stowage compartment door.
Subtask 25-24-41-960-054-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (2) Open the related stowage compartment door.
(3) Carefully remove the top panel edge-protection (1) and the adhesive with the SPATULA - METALLIC.
(4) Remove the remaining adhesive from the top panel edge-protection (1) with the ABRASIVE PAPER -120 GRIT.
(5) Clean the work area with Non Aqueous Cleaner-- Isopropyl Alcohol - (Material No.08BBD1) and a Textile-Lint free Cotton - (Material No.14SBA1) .
(6) Let the cleaned area dry for 15 minutes.
(7) Apply Silicone Adhesive Sealant-General Purpose One part legacy (Material No.06CMD9) on the top panel edge-protection (1).
(8) Install the top panel edge-protection (1).
(9) If necessary, remove the unwanted adhesive with the Textile-Lint free Cotton - (Material No.14SBA1) made moist with Non Aqueous Cleaner-- Isopropyl Alcohol - (Material No.08BBD1) .
NOTE: The correct curing time for the Silicone Adhesive Sealant-General Purpose One part legacy (Material No.06CMD9) is given in the manufacturer's instructions.
(10) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.(11) Close the related stowage compartment door.
B. Replacement of the Gap Seal Retainers
(1) Put the STEPLADDER 1.0 M (3.3 FT) below the applicable OHSC to get access to the upper side of the OHSC.
(2) Open the related stowage compartment door.
(3) Remove the hinge assembly (Ref. AMM TASK 25-24-41-000-804).
(4) Carefully remove the gap seal retainers (1) and (2), the gap seal (3) and the adhesive with the SPATULA - METALLIC.
(5) Remove the remaining adhesive from the gap seal retainers (1) and (2) and the gap seal (3) with the ABRASIVE PAPER -120 GRIT.
(6) Clean the work area with Non Aqueous Cleaner-- Isopropyl Alcohol - (Material No.08BBD1) and a Textile-Lint free Cotton - (Material No.14SBA1) .
(7) Let the cleaned area dry for 15 minutes.
(8) Apply Silicone Adhesive Sealant-General Purpose One part legacy (Material No.06CMD9) on the gap seal (3) and the gap seal retainers (1) and (2).
(9) Install the gap seal (3) and the gap seal retainers (1) and (2).
(10) If necessary, remove the unwanted adhesive with the Textile-Lint free Cotton - (Material No.14SBA1) made moist with Non Aqueous Cleaner-- Isopropyl Alcohol - (Material No.08BBD1) .
(12) Install the hinge assembly (Ref. AMM TASK 25-24-41-400-804).
(13) Close the related stowage compartment door.
Subtask 25-24-41-960-055-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Put the STEPLADDER 1.0 M (3.3 FT) below the applicable OHSC to get access to the upper side of the OHSC.
(2) Open the related stowage compartment door.
(3) Remove the hinge assembly (Ref. AMM TASK 25-24-41-000-804).
(4) Carefully remove the gap seal retainers (1) and (2), the gap seal (3) and the adhesive with the SPATULA - METALLIC.
(5) Remove the remaining adhesive from the gap seal retainers (1) and (2) and the gap seal (3) with the ABRASIVE PAPER -120 GRIT.
(6) Clean the work area with Non Aqueous Cleaner-- Isopropyl Alcohol - (Material No.08BBD1) and a Textile-Lint free Cotton - (Material No.14SBA1) .
(7) Let the cleaned area dry for 15 minutes.
(8) Apply Silicone Adhesive Sealant-General Purpose One part legacy (Material No.06CMD9) on the gap seal (3) and the gap seal retainers (1) and (2).
(9) Install the gap seal (3) and the gap seal retainers (1) and (2).
(10) If necessary, remove the unwanted adhesive with the Textile-Lint free Cotton - (Material No.14SBA1) made moist with Non Aqueous Cleaner-- Isopropyl Alcohol - (Material No.08BBD1) .
NOTE: The correct curing time for the Silicone Adhesive Sealant-General Purpose One part legacy (Material No.06CMD9) is given in the manufacturer's instructions.
(11) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.(12) Install the hinge assembly (Ref. AMM TASK 25-24-41-400-804).
(13) Close the related stowage compartment door.
C. (1) Put the STEPLADDER 1.0 M (3.3 FT) below the applicable OHSC to get access to the upper side of the OHSC.
(2) Open the related stowage compartment door (1).
(3) If necessary, remove the hinge assembly (Ref. AMM TASK 25-24-41-000-804).
(4) Carefully remove the door bumpers (2) and the adhesive with the SPATULA - METALLIC.
(5) Remove the remaining adhesive from the door bumpers (2) with the ABRASIVE PAPER -120 GRIT.
(6) Clean the work area with Non Aqueous Cleaner-- Isopropyl Alcohol - (Material No.08BBD1) and a Textile-Lint free Cotton - (Material No.14SBA1) .
(7) Let the cleaned area dry for 15 minutes.
(8) Apply Silicone Adhesive Sealant-General Purpose One part legacy (Material No.06CMD9) on the door bumpers (2).
(9) Install the door bumpers (2).
(10) If necessary, remove the unwanted adhesive with the Textile-Lint free Cotton - (Material No.14SBA1) made moist with Non Aqueous Cleaner-- Isopropyl Alcohol - (Material No.08BBD1) .
(12) If you removed the hinge assembly, install it (Ref. AMM TASK 25-24-41-400-804).
(13) Close the related stowage compartment door (1).
Subtask 25-24-41-960-056-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (2) Open the related stowage compartment door (1).
(3) If necessary, remove the hinge assembly (Ref. AMM TASK 25-24-41-000-804).
(4) Carefully remove the door bumpers (2) and the adhesive with the SPATULA - METALLIC.
(5) Remove the remaining adhesive from the door bumpers (2) with the ABRASIVE PAPER -120 GRIT.
(6) Clean the work area with Non Aqueous Cleaner-- Isopropyl Alcohol - (Material No.08BBD1) and a Textile-Lint free Cotton - (Material No.14SBA1) .
(7) Let the cleaned area dry for 15 minutes.
(8) Apply Silicone Adhesive Sealant-General Purpose One part legacy (Material No.06CMD9) on the door bumpers (2).
(9) Install the door bumpers (2).
(10) If necessary, remove the unwanted adhesive with the Textile-Lint free Cotton - (Material No.14SBA1) made moist with Non Aqueous Cleaner-- Isopropyl Alcohol - (Material No.08BBD1) .
NOTE: The correct curing time for the Silicone Adhesive Sealant-General Purpose One part legacy (Material No.06CMD9) is given in the manufacturer's instructions.
(11) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.(12) If you removed the hinge assembly, install it (Ref. AMM TASK 25-24-41-400-804).
(13) Close the related stowage compartment door (1).
D. (1) Put the STEPLADDER 1.0 M (3.3 FT) below the applicable OHSC to get access to the upper side of the OHSC.
(2) Open the related stowage compartment door.
(3) Carefully remove the edge protection (1), the strip luggage protections (2) and the adhesive with the SPATULA - METALLIC.
(4) Remove the remaining adhesive from the edge protection (1) and the strip luggage protections (2) with the ABRASIVE PAPER -120 GRIT.
(5) Clean the work area with Non Aqueous Cleaner-- Isopropyl Alcohol - (Material No.08BBD1) and a Textile-Lint free Cotton - (Material No.14SBA1) .
(6) Let the cleaned area dry for 15 minutes.
(7) Apply Silicone Adhesive Sealant-General Purpose One part legacy (Material No.06CMD9) on the strip luggage protections (2) and the edge protection (1).
(8) Install the strip luggage protections (2) and the edge protection (1).
(9) If necessary, remove the unwanted adhesive with the Textile-Lint free Cotton - (Material No.14SBA1) made moist with Non Aqueous Cleaner-- Isopropyl Alcohol - (Material No.08BBD1) .
(11) Close the related stowage compartment door.
Subtask 25-24-41-960-057-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (2) Open the related stowage compartment door.
(3) Carefully remove the edge protection (1), the strip luggage protections (2) and the adhesive with the SPATULA - METALLIC.
(4) Remove the remaining adhesive from the edge protection (1) and the strip luggage protections (2) with the ABRASIVE PAPER -120 GRIT.
(5) Clean the work area with Non Aqueous Cleaner-- Isopropyl Alcohol - (Material No.08BBD1) and a Textile-Lint free Cotton - (Material No.14SBA1) .
(6) Let the cleaned area dry for 15 minutes.
(7) Apply Silicone Adhesive Sealant-General Purpose One part legacy (Material No.06CMD9) on the strip luggage protections (2) and the edge protection (1).
(8) Install the strip luggage protections (2) and the edge protection (1).
(9) If necessary, remove the unwanted adhesive with the Textile-Lint free Cotton - (Material No.14SBA1) made moist with Non Aqueous Cleaner-- Isopropyl Alcohol - (Material No.08BBD1) .
NOTE: The correct curing time for the Silicone Adhesive Sealant-General Purpose One part legacy (Material No.06CMD9) is given in the manufacturer's instructions.
(10) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.(11) Close the related stowage compartment door.
E. (1) Put the STEPLADDER 1.0 M (3.3 FT) below the applicable OHSC to get access to the upper side of the OHSC.
(2) Open the related stowage compartment door.
(3) Carefully remove the emergency-equipment rack edge-protection (1) and the adhesive with the SPATULA - METALLIC.
(4) Remove the remaining adhesive from the emergency-equipment rack edge-protection (1) with the ABRASIVE PAPER -120 GRIT.
(5) Clean the work area with Non Aqueous Cleaner-- Isopropyl Alcohol - (Material No.08BBD1) and a Textile-Lint free Cotton - (Material No.14SBA1) .
(6) Let the cleaned area dry for 15 minutes.
(7) Apply Silicone Adhesive Sealant-General Purpose One part legacy (Material No.06CMD9) on the emergency-equipment rack edge-protection (1).
(8) Install the emergency-equipment rack edge-protection (1).
(9) If necessary, remove the unwanted adhesive with the Textile-Lint free Cotton - (Material No.14SBA1) made moist with Non Aqueous Cleaner-- Isopropyl Alcohol - (Material No.08BBD1) .
(11) Close the related stowage compartment door.
Subtask 25-24-41-960-058-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (2) Open the related stowage compartment door.
(3) Carefully remove the emergency-equipment rack edge-protection (1) and the adhesive with the SPATULA - METALLIC.
(4) Remove the remaining adhesive from the emergency-equipment rack edge-protection (1) with the ABRASIVE PAPER -120 GRIT.
(5) Clean the work area with Non Aqueous Cleaner-- Isopropyl Alcohol - (Material No.08BBD1) and a Textile-Lint free Cotton - (Material No.14SBA1) .
(6) Let the cleaned area dry for 15 minutes.
(7) Apply Silicone Adhesive Sealant-General Purpose One part legacy (Material No.06CMD9) on the emergency-equipment rack edge-protection (1).
(8) Install the emergency-equipment rack edge-protection (1).
(9) If necessary, remove the unwanted adhesive with the Textile-Lint free Cotton - (Material No.14SBA1) made moist with Non Aqueous Cleaner-- Isopropyl Alcohol - (Material No.08BBD1) .

(2) Open the related stowage compartment door (1).
(3) If necessary, remove the hinge assembly (Ref. AMM TASK 25-24-41-000-804).
(4) Carefully remove the door edge protections (2) and the adhesive with the SPATULA - METALLIC.
(5) Remove the remaining adhesive from the door edge protections (2) with the ABRASIVE PAPER -120 GRIT.
(6) Clean the work area with Non Aqueous Cleaner-- Isopropyl Alcohol - (Material No.08BBD1) and a Textile-Lint free Cotton - (Material No.14SBA1) .
(7) Let the cleaned area dry for 15 minutes.
(8) Apply Silicone Adhesive Sealant-General Purpose One part legacy (Material No.06CMD9) on the door edge protections (2).
(9) Install the door edge protections (2).
(10) If necessary, remove the unwanted adhesive with the Textile-Lint free Cotton - (Material No.14SBA1) made moist with Non Aqueous Cleaner-- Isopropyl Alcohol - (Material No.08BBD1) .
(12) If you removed the hinge assembly, install it (Ref. AMM TASK 25-24-41-400-804).
(13) Close the related stowage compartment door (1).
5. Close-up(2) Open the related stowage compartment door (1).
(3) If necessary, remove the hinge assembly (Ref. AMM TASK 25-24-41-000-804).
(4) Carefully remove the door edge protections (2) and the adhesive with the SPATULA - METALLIC.
(5) Remove the remaining adhesive from the door edge protections (2) with the ABRASIVE PAPER -120 GRIT.
(6) Clean the work area with Non Aqueous Cleaner-- Isopropyl Alcohol - (Material No.08BBD1) and a Textile-Lint free Cotton - (Material No.14SBA1) .
(7) Let the cleaned area dry for 15 minutes.
(8) Apply Silicone Adhesive Sealant-General Purpose One part legacy (Material No.06CMD9) on the door edge protections (2).
(9) Install the door edge protections (2).
(10) If necessary, remove the unwanted adhesive with the Textile-Lint free Cotton - (Material No.14SBA1) made moist with Non Aqueous Cleaner-- Isopropyl Alcohol - (Material No.08BBD1) .
NOTE: The correct curing time for the Silicone Adhesive Sealant-General Purpose One part legacy (Material No.06CMD9) is given in the manufacturer's instructions.
(11) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.(12) If you removed the hinge assembly, install it (Ref. AMM TASK 25-24-41-400-804).
