A. Preparation for Installation
(1) Clean the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
(2) Do an inspection of the component interfaces and the adjacent area.

B. Installation of the Power Outlet Unit
(1) Remove the CAP-BLANKING from each electrical connector and receptacle.
(2) Make sure that all the electrical connections are clean and in the correct condition.
(3) Hold the outlet units (1) in position and connect the electrical connectors (4).
(4) Carefully install the outlet units (1) and make sure that they are in the correct position.
(5) TORQUE the screws (2) to between 6 and 4 lbf.in (0.07 and 0.05 m.daN )

(6) Make sure that the latches (3) hold the outlet units (1) tightly.
(7) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
Subtask 25-21-37-420-050-B ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Remove the CAP-BLANKING from each electrical connector and receptacle.
(2) Make sure that all the electrical connections are clean and in the correct condition.
(3) Hold the outlet units (1) in position and connect the electrical connectors (4).
(4) Carefully install the outlet units (1) and make sure that they are in the correct position.
(5) TORQUE the screws (2) to between 6 and 4 lbf.in (0.07 and 0.05 m.daN )
. (6) Make sure that the latches (3) hold the outlet units (1) tightly.
(7) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
B. Installation of the Power Outlet Units
(1) Remove the CAP-BLANKING from each electrical connector and receptacle.
(2) Make sure that all the electrical connections are clean and in the correct condition.
(3) Hold the outlet units (3) in position and connect the electrical connectors (6).
(4) Carefully install the outlet units (3) and make sure that they are in the correct position.
(5) TORQUE the screws (4) to between 0.077 and 0.063 m.daN (6.81 and 5.58 lbf.in )

(6) Make sure that the latches (5) hold the outlet units (3) tightly.
(7) Install the front plates:
(a) Put the front plates (2) in position, make sure that the hooks (7) engage correctly with the outlet units (3) and install the screws (1).
(b) TORQUE the screws (1) to between 0.0055 and 0.0045 m.daN (0.49 and 0.40 lbf.in )

(8) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
Subtask 25-21-37-865-052-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Remove the CAP-BLANKING from each electrical connector and receptacle.
(2) Make sure that all the electrical connections are clean and in the correct condition.
(3) Hold the outlet units (3) in position and connect the electrical connectors (6).
(4) Carefully install the outlet units (3) and make sure that they are in the correct position.
(5) TORQUE the screws (4) to between 0.077 and 0.063 m.daN (6.81 and 5.58 lbf.in )
. (6) Make sure that the latches (5) hold the outlet units (3) tightly.
(7) Install the front plates:
(a) Put the front plates (2) in position, make sure that the hooks (7) engage correctly with the outlet units (3) and install the screws (1).
(b) TORQUE the screws (1) to between 0.0055 and 0.0045 m.daN (0.49 and 0.40 lbf.in )
. (8) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
C. Remove the safety clip(s) and the tag(s) and close this(these) circuit breaker(s):
