A. Energize the ground service network
(Ref. AMM TASK 24-42-00-861-001).

A. Deactivation of the Compartment(s)
(1) Attach the compartment door(s) with Adhesive Film Tape-- Aluminium Foil - (Material No.05RAB9) to the compartment bin(s) to make sure that the compartment(s) stays(stay) closed.

NOTE: To safety a compartment door only TAPE 3M 425 is recommended.

(2) Install placards "UNSERVICEABLE" or "DO NOT USE" on the compartment(s) (Ref. AMM TASK 11-00-00-400-021).

NOTE: The compartment(s) must not be used for storage. Only items that are permanently installed can be stowed.

NOTE: The compartment(s) must not be used for the storage of emergency equipment.

(1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
(2) Make an entry in the logbook.
