3. Job Set-up
Subtask 25-13-44-860-050-A
A. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
   (1) Make sure that the ground service network is energized
(Ref. AMM TASK 24-42-00-861-001).
   (2) Make sure that the Third Occupant seat is removed (Ref. AMM TASK 25-11-41-000-001).
   (3) Make sure that the four case stops are removed.
4. Procedure

A. Installation of the Textile Floor Covering
F Textile Floor Covering ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
CAUTION: DO NOT CAUSE DAMAGE TO THE SURFACES. THE COMPONENTS ARE MADE OF CARBONFIBER REINFORCED PLASTIC.
   (1) Clean the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
   (2) Clean the floor area with Non Aqueous Cleaner-General - - (Material No.08BAA9) .
   (3) Put the Double Sided Adhesive Tape-Carpet Bonding - - (Material No.05PCB2) (2) on the floor area.
   (4) Apply pressure on the adhesive tapes with the ROLLER - RUBBER.
   (5) Carefully put the floor covering (1) in position.
   (6) Make sure that the installation is correct around the seat bottom.
   (7) Apply pressure on the floor covering to put it in position.
   (8) Make sure that the floor covering does not cause a blockage of the holes for the attachment of the seats.
   (9) Install the grid (3).
   (10) Install the cover strip (4).
   (11) Install the 12 screws (5).

A. Installation of the Textile Floor Covering

CAUTION: DO NOT CAUSE DAMAGE TO THE SURFACES. THE COMPONENTS ARE MADE OF CARBONFIBER REINFORCED PLASTIC.
   (1) Clean the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
   (2) Clean the floor area with Non Aqueous Cleaner-General - - (Material No.08BAA9) .
   (3) Put the Double Sided Adhesive Tape-Carpet Bonding - - (Material No.05PCB2) (4) on the floor area.
   (4) With a ROLLER - RUBBER, apply pressure on the double sided adhesive tape (4).
   (5) Carefully put the textile floor covering (1) in position.
   (6) Make sure that the installation is correct around the seat bottom.
   (7) Apply pressure on the textile floor covering (1) to put it in position.
   (8) Make sure that the textile floor covering (1) does not cause a blockage of the holes for the attachment of the seats.
   (9) Install the cover strip (3).
   (10) Install the screws (2).

B. Installation of the Straps
   (1) Put the two straps (5) in position.
   (2) Install the angle fitting (4) and the four stirrups (3).
   (3) Install the 12 washers (2) and screws (1).

C. Installation of the Case Stops
   (1) Install the four case stops (3).
   (2) Install the eight washers (2) and screws (1).

D. Installation of the Seats
   (1) Install the Third Occupant seat (Ref. AMM TASK 25-11-41-400-001).
   (2) If removed, install the Captain and the First Officer seats (Ref. AMM TASK 25-11-51-400-001).

A. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
   (1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
   (2) Put the aircraft back to the serviceable condition.

B. De-energize the aircraft electrical circuits
(Ref. AMM TASK 24-42-00-862-001).
