A. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
(1) Make sure that the ground service network is energized
(Ref. AMM TASK 24-42-00-861-001).

B. Get Access
(1) Make sure that the adjacent ceiling panels are removed (Ref. AMM TASK 25-13-41-000-001).

A. Installation of Outlet Assembly Panels 211LC and 212LC
(1) Put the panel (1) in position.
(2) Put the clamps (12) in position on the duct (13).
(3) Put the duct (13) in position on panel (1) and tighten the clamps (12).
(4) Install the washer (5) and the screw (4).
(5) Tighten the screws (4).
(6) Apply a layer of Top Coat Polyurethane-- Decorative Furnishing (Material No.04JMD9) on the heads of the screw (4) and on the washer (5).
(7) Install the washers (7) and the screws (8) on the brackets (9).
(8) Tighten the screws (8).
(9) Apply a layer of Top Coat Polyurethane-- Decorative Furnishing (Material No.04JMD9) on the heads of the screws (8) and on the washers (7).
(10) Lock the fasteners (6).
(11) Install the washers (2) and (10) and the screws (3) and (11).
(12) Tighten the screws (3) and (11).
(13) Apply a layer of Top Coat Polyurethane-- Decorative Furnishing (Material No.04JMD9) on the heads of the screws (3) and (11) and on the washers (2) and (10).
Subtask 25-13-41-820-050-A (1) Put the panel (1) in position.
(2) Put the clamps (12) in position on the duct (13).
(3) Put the duct (13) in position on panel (1) and tighten the clamps (12).
(4) Install the washer (5) and the screw (4).
(5) Tighten the screws (4).
(6) Apply a layer of Top Coat Polyurethane-- Decorative Furnishing (Material No.04JMD9) on the heads of the screw (4) and on the washer (5).
(7) Install the washers (7) and the screws (8) on the brackets (9).
(8) Tighten the screws (8).
(9) Apply a layer of Top Coat Polyurethane-- Decorative Furnishing (Material No.04JMD9) on the heads of the screws (8) and on the washers (7).
(10) Lock the fasteners (6).
(11) Install the washers (2) and (10) and the screws (3) and (11).
(12) Tighten the screws (3) and (11).
(13) Apply a layer of Top Coat Polyurethane-- Decorative Furnishing (Material No.04JMD9) on the heads of the screws (3) and (11) and on the washers (2) and (10).
B. Check of Clearances
(1) Make sure that clearance J1 between the panels (1) is 8 -3 mm or +3 mm (0.31 -0.12 in. or +0.12 in.).
(2) Make sure that clearance J2 between the panel (1) and the adjacent panel is 8 -3 mm or +3 mm (0.31 -0.12 in. or +0.12 in.).
5. Close-up(1) Make sure that clearance J1 between the panels (1) is 8 -3 mm or +3 mm (0.31 -0.12 in. or +0.12 in.).
(2) Make sure that clearance J2 between the panel (1) and the adjacent panel is 8 -3 mm or +3 mm (0.31 -0.12 in. or +0.12 in.).
