Subtask 23-73-51-020-050-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. Removal of the Loudspeaker
(1) Remove the loudspeaker from the PSIU and from the forward entrance area
(a) Remove the section hose (4) from one side of the mounting rail (5).
(b) Pull and lower the related PSIU (6) to get access to the loudspeaker (2).
(c) Disconnect the eletrical connections (1) from the loudspeaker electrical connectors (7).
(d) Release the spring clips (3) and remove the loudspeaker (2).
(2) Remove the loudspeaker from the aft entrance area
(a) Remove the section hose (4) from one side of the mounting rail (5).
(b) Pull and lower the related PSIU (6) to get access to the loudspeaker (2).
(c) Disconnect the eletrical connections (1) from the loudspeaker electrical connectors (7).
(d) Remove the screws (8), the washers (9) and the loudspeaker (2).
Subtask 23-73-51-020-050-C ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Remove the loudspeaker from the PSIU and from the forward entrance area
(a) Remove the section hose (4) from one side of the mounting rail (5).
(b) Pull and lower the related PSIU (6) to get access to the loudspeaker (2).
(c) Disconnect the eletrical connections (1) from the loudspeaker electrical connectors (7).

(2) Remove the loudspeaker from the aft entrance area
(a) Remove the section hose (4) from one side of the mounting rail (5).
(b) Pull and lower the related PSIU (6) to get access to the loudspeaker (2).
(c) Disconnect the eletrical connections (1) from the loudspeaker electrical connectors (7).
(d) Remove the screws (8), the washers (9) and the loudspeaker (2).
A. Removal of the Loudspeaker
(1) Remove the loudspeaker from the PSIU and from the forward/aft entrance area
(a) Remove the section hose (1) from one side of the mounting rail (2).
(b) Pull and lower the related PSIU (3) to get access to the loudspeaker (4).
(d) Release the spring clips (6) and remove the loudspeaker (4) from the pins (7).
Subtask 23-73-51-020-066-A (1) Remove the loudspeaker from the PSIU and from the forward/aft entrance area
(a) Remove the section hose (1) from one side of the mounting rail (2).
(b) Pull and lower the related PSIU (3) to get access to the loudspeaker (4).
CAUTION:
MAKE MATCH MARKS ON ALL THE ELECTRICAL WIRES BEFORE YOU DISCONNECT THEM. INCORRECT CONNECTION OF WIRES WILL CAUSE DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT.
(c) Disconnect the electrical connectors (5). (d) Release the spring clips (6) and remove the loudspeaker (4) from the pins (7).
B. Removal of the Loudspeaker
(1) Remove the loudspeaker from the circuit breaker panel 2001VU
(a) Release the quick release fasteners (3) and let the circuit breaker panel 2001VU (4) hang on the detent hook (5).
(b) Release the detent hook (5) and open the circuit breaker panel 2001VU (4).
(c) Disconnect the electrical connections (1) from the loudspeaker electrical connectors (2).
(d) Remove the screws (7) and the washers (8) from the loudspeaker (6).
(e) Remove the loudspeaker (6).
Subtask 23-73-51-020-067-B (1) Remove the loudspeaker from the circuit breaker panel 2001VU
(a) Release the quick release fasteners (3) and let the circuit breaker panel 2001VU (4) hang on the detent hook (5).
(b) Release the detent hook (5) and open the circuit breaker panel 2001VU (4).
(c) Disconnect the electrical connections (1) from the loudspeaker electrical connectors (2).
(d) Remove the screws (7) and the washers (8) from the loudspeaker (6).
(e) Remove the loudspeaker (6).
C. Removal of the Loudspeaker
(1) Remove the lavatory loudspeaker
(a) Open the service cabinet door (1).
(b) Remove the service box (9).
(c) Remove the screws (8) and the service cabinet door (1).
(d) Remove the screws (2) and the washers (3).
(e) Pull and lower the service cabinet (4).
(f) Loosen the screw (10) and disconnect the flexible hose (11) from the air outlet.
(g) Disconnect the electrical connectors (5).
(h) Remove the loudspeaker (6) from the pins (7).
Subtask 23-73-51-020-072-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Remove the lavatory loudspeaker
(a) Open the service cabinet door (1).
(b) Remove the service box (9).
(c) Remove the screws (8) and the service cabinet door (1).
(d) Remove the screws (2) and the washers (3).
(e) Pull and lower the service cabinet (4).
(f) Loosen the screw (10) and disconnect the flexible hose (11) from the air outlet.
(g) Disconnect the electrical connectors (5).
(h) Remove the loudspeaker (6) from the pins (7).
D. Removal of the Loudspeaker
(1) Remove the loudspeaker from the space flex lavatory
(a) Put the SCREWDRIVER - SMALL into the access hole (2) and open the air-extraction panel (1).
(c) Put the CAP-BLANKING on each disconnected electrical connector and receptacle.
(d) Remove the screws (3), the washers (4) and carefully remove the loudspeaker (6) from the grill (7).
(1) Remove the loudspeaker from the space flex lavatory
(a) Put the SCREWDRIVER - SMALL into the access hole (2) and open the air-extraction panel (1).
CAUTION:
MAKE SURE THAT THE ELECTRICAL CONNECTORS ARE CLEAN BEFORE YOU DISCONNECT OR CONNECT THEM. CONTAMINATION ON THE ELECTRICAL CONNECTORS CAN CAUSE DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT.
(b) Disconnect the electrical connectors (5). (c) Put the CAP-BLANKING on each disconnected electrical connector and receptacle.
(d) Remove the screws (3), the washers (4) and carefully remove the loudspeaker (6) from the grill (7).
