Subtask 78-11-12-860-050-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
(1) On the center pedestal, on the ENG panel 115VU, make sure that a WARNING NOTICE(S) is in position to tell persons not to start the engine.
(2) On the overhead maintenance panel 50VU, make sure that the ON legend of the ENG/FADEC GND PWR/1(2) pushbutton switch is off. Make sure that a WARNING NOTICE(S) is in position to tell persons not to energize the FADEC 1(2).
(3) Make sure that the core nozzle is removed (Ref. AMM TASK 78-11-11-000-041).
4. Procedure(1) On the center pedestal, on the ENG panel 115VU, make sure that a WARNING NOTICE(S) is in position to tell persons not to start the engine.
(2) On the overhead maintenance panel 50VU, make sure that the ON legend of the ENG/FADEC GND PWR/1(2) pushbutton switch is off. Make sure that a WARNING NOTICE(S) is in position to tell persons not to energize the FADEC 1(2).
(3) Make sure that the core nozzle is removed (Ref. AMM TASK 78-11-11-000-041).
Subtask 78-11-12-420-050-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. Installation of the Centerbody:
(2) ApplyCP2619 Never Seez-Pure Nickel, Special to the threads of the engine studs.
(3) Attach centerbody to the engine studs with new AIPC 78-11-12-01-010 NUTS (10) and washers (15).
(5) TORQUE nuts (10) to between 240 and 220 lbf.in (2.71 and 2.49 m.daN )

5. Close-upNOTE: Make sure there are two rows of drain holes on the centerbody. If not, refer to SB RA32178-4 "Addition of Centerbody Drain Holes".
(1) Put the centerbody (5) on the studs in the engine flange. (2) Apply
(3) Attach centerbody to the engine studs with new AIPC 78-11-12-01-010 NUTS (10) and washers (15).
NOTE: Make sure that you attach the centerbody to the engine with new nuts. Do not use nuts that were used before.
(4) Adjust the centerbody (5) position to minimize flowpath mismatch. (5) TORQUE nuts (10) to between 240 and 220 lbf.in (2.71 and 2.49 m.daN )
. NOTE: If any anomaly occurs when removing nuts (loosing or broken stud), (Ref. AMM TASK 72-56-00-210-002) for serviceability or repair.

A. Close Access
(1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
(2) Install the core nozzle (Ref. AMM TASK 78-11-11-400-041).
(3) Remove the WARNING NOTICE(S).
