A. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
(1) On the center pedestal, on the ENG panel 115VU, make sure that a WARNING NOTICE(S) is in position to tell persons not to start the engine.
(2) On the overhead maintenance panel 50VU, make sure that the ON legend of the ENG/FADEC GND PWR/1(2) pushbutton switch is off. Make sure that a WARNING NOTICE(S) is in position to tell persons not to energize the FADEC 1(2).
(3) Make sure that the ACCESS PLATFORM 2M (6 FT) is in position.
Subtask 77-32-43-010-051-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) On the center pedestal, on the ENG panel 115VU, make sure that a WARNING NOTICE(S) is in position to tell persons not to start the engine.

A. Installation of the Vibration Harness
PRE SB 71-0177 and PRE SB 71-0271
(1) Put the clips (7), (9) and (11) on the vibration harness (3) in the correct position for the installation.
(2) Install the harness:
(a) Put the harness (3) on the engine.
(b) Connect the electrical connectors (4) and (5) to the vibration transducer connections, in the positions written during the removal (Ref. AMM TASK 77-32-43-000-010) and (Ref. AMM TASK 70-23-15-912-010).
(c) Connect the electrical connectors (1) and (2) to the pylon connections, in the positions written during the removal (Ref. AMM TASK 77-32-43-000-010) and (Ref. AMM TASK 70-23-15-912-010).
(d) Make sure that you do not twist the cables.
(e) Attach the clips (7), (9) and (11) to the support tubes on the engine with the bolts (6) and (10), washers (13) and (14) and nuts (8) and (12) at clipping positions B and C.
(f) TORQUE the nuts (8) and (12) to between 44 and 36 lbf.in (0.50 and 0.41 m.daN )

(3) Put the clips (7), (9) and (11) on the vibration harness (3) and the clips (15) and (17) on the EEC and ignition supply harness (16) in the correct position for the installation.
(4) Install the harness:
(a) Put the harness (3) on the engine.
(b) Connect the electrical connectors (4) and (5) to the vibration transducer connections, in the positions written during the removal (Ref. AMM TASK 77-32-43-000-010) and (Ref. AMM TASK 70-23-15-912-010).
(c) Connect the electrical connectors (1) and (2) to the pylon connections, in the positions written during the removal (Ref. AMM TASK 77-32-43-000-010) and (Ref. AMM TASK 70-23-15-912-010).
(d) Make sure that you do not twist the cables.
(e) Attach the clips (7), (9), (11), (15) and (17) to the support tubes on the engine with the bolts (6) and (10), washers (13) and (14) and nuts (8) and (12) at clipping positions B, C, D and E.
(f) TORQUE the nuts (8) and (12) to between 44 and 36 lbf.in (0.50 and 0.41 m.daN )

(5) Put the clips (7), (9) and (11) on the vibration harness (3) and the clips (15), (17) and (19) on the EEC and ignition supply harness (16) in the correct position for the installation.
(6) Install the harness:
(a) Put the harness (3) on the engine.
(b) Connect the electrical connectors (4) and (5) to the vibration transducer connections, in the positions written during the removal (Ref. AMM TASK 77-32-43-000-010) and (Ref. AMM TASK 70-23-15-912-010).
(c) Connect the electrical connectors (1) and (2) to the pylon connections in the positions written during the removal (Ref. AMM TASK 77-32-43-000-010) and (Ref. AMM TASK 70-23-15-912-010).
(d) Make sure that you do not twist the cables.
(e) Attach the clips (7), (9), (11), (15), (17) and (19) to the support tubes on the engine with the bolts (6), (10) and (18), washers (13) and (14) and nuts (8) and (12) at clipping positions C, D, E, F and G.
(f) TORQUE the nuts (8) and (12) to between 44 and 36 lbf.in (0.50 and 0.41 m.daN )

(7) Put the clips (7), (9), (11) and (26) on the vibration harness (3) and the clips (15), (17) and (25) on the EEC and ignition supply harness (16) in the correct position for the installation.
(8) Install the harness:
(a) Put the harness (3) on the engine.
(b) Connect the electrical connectors (4) and (5) to the vibration transducer connections, in the positions written during the removal (Ref. AMM TASK 77-32-43-000-010) and (Ref. AMM TASK 70-23-15-912-010).
(c) Connect the electrical connectors (1) and (2) to the pylon connections in the positions written during the removal (Ref. AMM TASK 77-32-43-000-010) and (Ref. AMM TASK 70-23-15-912-010).
(d) Make sure that you do not twist the cables.
(e) Attach the clips (7), (9), (11), (15), (17), (25) and (26) to the support tubes on the engine with the bolts (6), (10), (20), (22) and (24), spacers (21) and (23), washers (13) and (14) and nuts (8) and (12) at clipping positions C, D, E, F and G.
(f) TORQUE the nuts (8) and (12) to between 44 and 36 lbf.in (0.50 and 0.41 m.daN )

(1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
(2) Close the fan cowls (Ref. AMM TASK 71-13-00-410-010).

(3) Remove the access platform(s).
(4) Remove the WARNING NOTICE(S).
