3. Job Set-up
Subtask 77-32-43-941-050-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL

A. Safety Precautions
(1) On the center pedestal, on the ENG panel 115VU:
(a) Put a WARNING NOTICE(S) to tell persons not to start the engine.
(2) Make sure that the engine 1 (2) shutdown occurred not less than 5 minutes before you do this procedure.
(3) On the overhead maintenance panel 50VU:
(a) Make sure that the ON legend of the ENG/FADEC GND PWR/1(2) pushbutton switch is off.
(b) Put a WARNING NOTICE(S) to tell persons not to energize the FADEC 1(2).

B. Get Access
(1) Open the fan cowls (Ref. AMM TASK 71-13-00-010-010):
(a) FOR [1000EM1] (ENGINE-1)
437AL 438AR
(b) FOR [1000EM2] (ENGINE-2)
447AL 448AR.
(2) Put the ACCESS PLATFORM 2M (6 FT) in position.

4. Procedure
Subtask 77-32-43-020-050-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL

A. Removal of the Vibration Harness
(1) Disconnect the electrical connectors (1) and (2):
(a) Write the position of the electrical connectors (1) and (2).

NOTE: The connectors must be installed in the same position.

(b) Disconnect the electrical connectors from the pylon.
(2) Disconnect the electrical connectors (4) and (5):
(a) Write the positions of the electrical connectors (4) and (5).

NOTE: The connectors must be installed in the same position.

(b) Disconnect the electrical connectors at the connection with the vibration transducer.

PRE SB 71-0177 and PRE SB 71-0271

(3) Remove the vibration harness:
(a) Remove the nuts (8) and (12), bolts (6) and (10) and washers (13) and (14) at clipping positions B and C.
(b) Remove the vibration harness (3).
(4) Remove the transferable parts:
(a) Remove the clips (7), (9) and (11).

(5) Remove the vibration harness:
(a) Remove the nuts (8) and (12), bolts (6) and (10) and washers (13) and (14) at clipping positions B, C, D and E.
(b) Remove the vibration harness (3).
(6) Remove the transferable parts:
(a) Remove the clips (7) and (11) from the vibration harness (3) and the clips (15) and (17) from the EEC and ignition supply harness (16).

(7) Remove the vibration harness:
(a) Remove the nuts (8) and (12), bolts (6), (10) and (18) and washers (13) and (14) at clipping positions C, D, E, F and G.
(b) Remove the vibration harness (3).
(8) Remove the transferable parts:
(a) Remove the clips (7), (9) and (11) from the vibration harness (3) and the clips (15), (17) and (19) from the EEC and ignition supply harness (16).

(9) Remove the vibration harness:
(a) Remove the nuts (8) and (12), bolts (6), (10), (20), (22) and (24) and washers (13) and (14) and spacers (21) and (23) at clipping positions C, D, E, F and G.
(b) Remove the vibration harness (3).
(10) Remove the transferable parts:
(a) Remove the clips (7), (9), (11) and (26) from the vibration harness (3) and the clips (15), (17) and (25) from the EEC and ignition supply harness (16).

B. Install the applicable COVER - BLANKING on all the openings.
