Subtask 75-41-15-860-050-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
(1) On the center pedestal, on the ENG panel 115VU, make sure that a WARNING NOTICE(S) is in position to tell persons not to start the engine.
(2) On the overhead maintenance panel 50VU, make sure that the ON legend of the ENG/FADEC GND PWR/1(2) pushbutton switch is off. Make sure that a WARNING NOTICE(S) is in position to tell persons not to energize the FADEC 1(2).
(3) Make sure that the ACCESS PLATFORM 1M(3 FT) is in position.

A. Cleaning of the replacement parts
(1) Clean the replacement parts and their interfaces with a clean Textile-Lint free Cotton - (Material No.14SBA1) made moist with cleaning fluid (Material No.V01-002) .

B. Installation of the Nacelle Temperature Sensor
SBE 79-0088 AND SBN 71-0273
(1) Carefully install the nacelle temperature sensor (1) into the bracket (5) in the position noted during removal.
(2) Attach the sensor (1) to the bracket (5) with the four bolts (3), the four washers (6) and the four nuts (2). Hand tighten the nuts at this step.
(3) Put the clips (10) and (15) on the sensor (1) in the position noted during removal.
(4) Install the clip (15) on the tube (19) with the bolt (16), the washer (13) and the nut (18). Hand tighten the nut at this step.
(5) Install the clip (10) on the tube (7) with the bolt (9), the washer (11) and the nut (12). Hand tighten the nut at this step.
(6) TORQUE the four nuts (2) to between 6.6 and 5.4 lbf.in (0.07 and 0.06 m.daN )
(Ref. AMM TASK 70-23-11-911-013).
(7) TORQUE the two nuts (12) and (18) to between 44 and 36 lbf.in (0.50 and 0.41 m.daN )
(Ref. AMM TASK 70-23-11-911-013).
(8) Remove the CAP-BLANKING from each electrical connector and receptacle.
(9) Make sure that all the electrical connections are clean and in the correct condition.
(10) Install the electrical connector 4008kS-A (4) to the electrical receptacle of the sensor (1) (Ref. AMM TASK 70-23-15-912-010).
5. Close-upSBE 79-0088 AND SBN 71-0273
(1) Carefully install the nacelle temperature sensor (1) into the bracket (5) in the position noted during removal.
(2) Attach the sensor (1) to the bracket (5) with the four bolts (3), the four washers (6) and the four nuts (2). Hand tighten the nuts at this step.
(3) Put the clips (10) and (15) on the sensor (1) in the position noted during removal.
(4) Install the clip (15) on the tube (19) with the bolt (16), the washer (13) and the nut (18). Hand tighten the nut at this step.
(5) Install the clip (10) on the tube (7) with the bolt (9), the washer (11) and the nut (12). Hand tighten the nut at this step.
(6) TORQUE the four nuts (2) to between 6.6 and 5.4 lbf.in (0.07 and 0.06 m.daN )
(Ref. AMM TASK 70-23-11-911-013). (7) TORQUE the two nuts (12) and (18) to between 44 and 36 lbf.in (0.50 and 0.41 m.daN )
(Ref. AMM TASK 70-23-11-911-013). (8) Remove the CAP-BLANKING from each electrical connector and receptacle.
(9) Make sure that all the electrical connections are clean and in the correct condition.
(10) Install the electrical connector 4008kS-A (4) to the electrical receptacle of the sensor (1) (Ref. AMM TASK 70-23-15-912-010).

A. Close Access
(1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
(2) Close the thrust reverser halves (Ref. AMM TASK 78-32-00-410-010):

D. Do an operational test of the Engine Interface Unit (Ref. AMM TASK 73-25-34-710-042) and make sure that no fault related to the nacelle temperature sensor is shown.
